This hotel was gorgeous. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Food included for breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately the guests haven't been informed that this one night a techno party would be happening right next door until 5.00 am. Not just the music but also the vibration made sleep impossible.
No refund from the hotel despite no use of bed possible

Service is beyond spectacular. We had a two bedroom suite which was huge! One bedroom had a king size bed with the best mattress I’ve ever slept on in Spain! The kids room was down a small flight of stairs and had two twins. There’s like a split level so on another floor you have kitchen and living room. It’s a very spacious option. But if you had young kids you could easily leave the doors open to hear them but it is definitely separate from the other bedroom. The half board included breakfast and dinner buffets. You have to pay for the drinks at dinner separately but everything is very reasonable. Food was incredible and there’s definitely something for everyone on the menu which is quite expansive. The servers are constantly clearing plates and refilling everything. They work so hard! Pool is clean and there are plenty of chairs and fresh towels. The whole experience made me wish all hotels had options like this. It really set the bar high now for me! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back.

Hotel is a bit far from shops and restaurants but this was my plan cos need privacy and relax a**osphere from busy streets and away from big city .Very clean and friendly place.Food is fenomenal, specially breakfast.Also gym for free and spa for small charge.Reception is very helpful with all issues.Also what is important every time when I was requesting something staff know before how to help and solve the problem.Definitely high recommend to come and relax.

A nice quite hotel near about a 5 min walk to beach and 20 min walk to local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were also nice and big and kept clean. The only negative was the gym could do with an upgrade.
Lovely place to stay in Mallorca.

Very nice hotel with big and clean rooms and balcony. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately no water is provided for free. You have to buy it at the bar. Nevertheless I would book the hotel again anytime.

I stayed at this hotel recently for 5 nights with a group of friends for a cycling trip. It was a very friendly hotel with lovely facilities and very reasonably priced. My room was in the apart hotel section and was very spacious for single occupancy - lots of storage space, good quality bathroom, a small kitchen area including a kettle and also a nice seating area. There was a balcony with a hanging rack, good for drying cycling clothes post a quick hand wash! The room was a bit dark and the balcony wasn’t in the sun but that suited me as helped keep the room cool. There were other areas of the hotel where you could catch the sun if needed, including a roof terrace, There is a good secure cycle storage room with a set of tools provided, though a bit of a steep exit/entry ramp. Breakfast and evening meal buffets had great variety. The bar was good for a pre/post dinner drink with friendly staff. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to bars/restaurants but there are good options along the sea front. There is also a good Lidl about 5 mins walk from hotel.

Excellent small family run hotel. Ideal for couples, families. Great location walking distance to the beach. Good food service and cleanliness. Little touches like a log fire, comfy sofas, live entertainment. I went with a couple of friends and our apar**ent a ideal. A duplex with full kitchen facilities. Lovely very modern bsthrooms
