Una grata experiencia, un hotel muy bonito y con muchos extras.

We felt very welcome. Instead of a room we got an apar**ent with a view of the pool and the sea. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. The staff was very friendly and walking the extra mile.

Brilliant hotel with all the facilities. Food marvellous. Very nice spa with a good size swimming pool. Would stop here again. Booked through Jet2 who were superb as well. handy for the town. we had an apar**ent with a separate lounge and cooking facilities.

This was a spur of the moment holiday with our friends to a quiet hotel in Can Picafort Majorca.The hotel was great and the location great but as always there are one or two things that tend to mar a perfect holiday. This hotel had supposedly just opened after being closed for the winter and our holiday was one of the first bookings for the start of the new season.Two days into our holiday and only because the weather turned cold that we decided to stay in the hotel for a night of entertainment and drinks.Well the entertainment was a no go and when we went up to the bar we were told that they had run out of vodka our choice of drink and when we were told they had run out of it after opening just four days into the season we were not pleased. When we spoke to the manager his reply was to say drink something else then or buy Smirnoff Vodka from behind the bar but as we were all inclusive this was a definite no.As we were all small drinkers we would have only had 2 or 3 drinks each which would not have not even cost the hotel a bottle of Vodka but the answers were always no, so we got in touch with our Jet 2 rep but that turned out to be a waste of time because they said it was up to the hotel management to agree to give us the Smirnoff Vodka but that was a definite no! We had become friendly with the barman who even said he would pay for a bottle of vodka from the local Spar shop out of his own pocket, I guess we made an impact on him as well cause he must have felt really bad to go to such lengths to keep us happy. As this happened at the start of our holiday it sort of put a dampener on the rest of our stay.Oh did I forget to mention the cold or Luke warm meals and all meals seemed to be the deconstructed version of what the meal was meant to be e.g spaghetti with meat balls but no sauce or mince.I know we are in a foreign country and the food is different but not so different that it is unrecogniseable.Yes there was some good things on this holiday but at this moment I can’t remember an of them.

Very nice staff, lovely breakfast. Hotel in a nice position next to the beach, spa and indoor pool great when weather not so good for use of the outdoor pools. Had a good time and enjoyed the in house entertainment.

Great hotel. Fully functional, great location, nice staff, AMAZING Breakfast Buffet and nice Spa. The only "but" would be the furniture in the rooms... quite old and old fashioned, but I'm overall satisfyed with my stay

I didn’t want to go home. I’ve never slept so good before in my life. The Pina Colada was perfect. Breakfast was under cooked and the drinks machine wasn’t working. However the spa, hotel room and bar was great. Relaxing poolside. Lovely beach.

Fabulous hotel. Everything the hotel offers is to an incredibly high standard. A wide variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner, so something to please everyone. Beds very comfortable. Our room had a sea view and it was just a joy sitting on the balcony listening to the waves lap onto the beach. All staff, restaurant, reception, cleaning and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was great. Not too busy at this time of year and it’s a lovely walk along the promenade. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Also, short bus journey to Alcudia, bus stop just around the corner from hotel. Fantastic hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.

We have just returned from a family holiday at this hotel and we have had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in can picafort. We only ate in for breakfast so I can’t comment on any other meals there as we didn’t try them but the breakfast was great. They had a good variety of foods to choose from. We did visit quite late in the year (October) so there wasn’t a lot of children at the hotel for my little girl to socialise with. But they still did a mini disco every evening and the mini club was open every day. My only critique was that there wasn’t many structured activities in the mini club whilst we were there so my toddler got bored quite quickly but it may just of been the time of year like I said. The guy that ran the mini disco of an evening was amazing with the kids and did the whole disco every night in both German and English. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. We struggled for space because we had a travel cot and the pram in the room along with all our belongings so I would recommend upgrading if you’re a family if possible. Our room also only had a shower which was not great for our two year old who is scared of the shower. We would of been better with a bath. The hotel is in a great location - right on the beach. And about a 2 minute walk to the ***** which has lots of restaurants and bars to choose from! I noticed that the hotel and surrounding areas had lots of German tourists which was only an issue for my little girl as she struggled to make friends as there was no English children there at the time. But all the staff tried their best to include her still which was lovely! Overall I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Can Picafort.
