The staff were friendly and very nice while dealing with me who has bad social anxiety. They treated me with the upmost respect.
The hotel room was honestly the best one I've stayed in in Camrose and I've stayed in 98% of them recently (going through separation)
Very clean & not cluttered I enjoyed my stay allot!
The night staff ( more like night angel) even helped me out when I went to shower & had forgotten my razor ! I have nothing bad to say whatsoever :) keep up the good work Camrose Resort & ****** Hotel !
Thank you for making my stay Sept 20-21 st the easiest stay I've ever had at a hotel & being so great to deal with!

Was a great last minute choice. Pool was great food was great. Down side… only 1 elevator worked and the free dinner was only for 2 guests, we expected that all 4 guests we had on the booking would get a voucher.

I like having a ****** there it's nice wide open space good parking but that was the most uncomfortable bad I've slept in a long time. Good breakfast as well

The extra charge for the buffet when booking was unfair and not apparent. This seems a bit shady as I was not aware of this add-on.

Big beautiful. Clean! Bright. Friendly. Beautiful pool and slide and jacuzzi. Quiet! It has the best heater / air conditioning system. It was amazing how much it helped my asthma symtoms.
Bonus food vouchers for onsite restaurant!!!

We were storm stayed and asked to check in a little early. Was told it’s not busy and room is ready but would not accommodate an early check in. And told me $10 per hour for early check in ? Wow. So came back at 2:00 at check in time and was told I am early. It was 1:58. Just not accommodating at all. Name was Lisa

Common areas and room were clean, and the reno's from last year appear to be all done! Camrose is a very driveable little city with lots of restaurants to choose from.
