Based on price this was a great stay.
A little dated but more nostalgic than old. Breakfast was inuded and was as good as any in this trip so far. Definitely worth the money.

Large room, clean, amazing shower, comfortable beds, excellent location. Bring your own handsoap (or use the shower gel provided), shampoo etc. Public parking can be found nearby or outside the hotel if you´re lucky to find a spot. They give you a piece of paper stating the times because (what I understood) you can only park there for 90 mins at a time but perhaps there is some understanding with the traffic wardens and the hotel....not sure but not a huge issue if you need to use the public parking as it is close by.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Can Roc hotel and would highly recommend it to others wanting a short stay in the area. The hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, in the bathroom we had clean towels for each of the 2 days and the shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was served at our table owing to restrictions at the time, we had a fantastic choice of cold meats, tomatoes, cheese, toast, butter, jam, yogurts served with coffee, juice or water. After which a plate of mixed cakes, buns, donuts etc was also served…a lovely breakfast to start the day!

Hotel que nos ha sorprendido desde el primer momento. La habitación familiar era muy amplia y espaciosa (2 habitaciones separadas y salón pequeño con tv). Teníamos MP y la cena fue espectacular. La calidad y la cantidad. El desayuno ha sido muy bueno y con embutidos buenísimos. El trato un 10 desde el primer momento. Nosotros repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Hotel familiar situado en el centro de Camprodón. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Estuvimos en regimen de MP. Habitación que daba a la plaça del Carme, que es preciosa, adornada de navidad. Limpia, cama comoda, excelente calefacción, agua caliente sin problema. Buen desayuno y cena. Varias opciones a elegir, buen surtido de postres. Amabilidad del personal y la dirección. La verdad es que no hay nada que criticar. Estuvimos muy bien.

Mi opinion es mala. Primero nos dieron sin preguntarnos nada una habitación de apartahotel.. La cual fue imposible dormir ya que la habitación daba a un patio donde estaban. Los radiadores o motores de no se donde salia un ruido que no te dejaba dormir, con lo cual con la ventana cerrada era imposible por que hacia mucha calor en esa habitación,.. No dormi nada.. Luego al la barra de la cortina no paraba de caerse del baño, le dijimos y nos dijeron ahh ya otro dia avisaremos al de mantenimiento... Con lo cual dux**** sin cortina,... Por lo demas cena y almuerzo normal, limpieza a medias olia muy bien... Pero el teléfono que habia en la cabecera de la habitación tenia dos dedos de polvo...

Tenia reserva para el fin de semana en sus apartamentos (Cal Noi) y un dia antes me surgió un imprevisto y no pude acudir. Solicité cambiar la fecha para disfrutarlo otro fin de semana y me dijeron poco amablemente que no podia cambiar de fechas. Les pregunté el por que y me dijeron que no se podia, que el dia anterior era imposible cancelarlo (mentira). No entiendo que en temporada baja no quieran cambiar el día ( habia disponibilidad de sobras para otros fines de semana). Total, que tube que pagar 80€ de cancelación, ni siquiera se dignaron a rebajarme el cargo ni a anularlo. En fin, una atención al cliente bastante desagradable y poco empática. Lamentable

Nuestra habitación, aparte de diminuta, el colchón peor en el que he dormido, bueno en el que me he acostado, porque dormir fue imposible y mas si lo a acompañas con los ruidos escandalosos de los radiadores y la total insonorización que se oía roncar al vecino como si estuviera en nuestra habitación , una pena, porque a su favor hay que decir lo limpio y bien situado que está.
