Ótima recepção e excelentes atendentes. Possuem água e doces para degustar enquanto aguarda ser atendido.
Limpeza: excelente, nada a reclamar, tudo bem cuidado.
Conforto: Quanto ao quarto e demais itens do hotel, todos em excelente qualidade e bem cuidados, com aposentos bem confortáveis.

Estadia foi regular, tivemos alguns problemas tais como: Estacionamento precário (falta de vagas), demora na reposição de alguns itens no café da manhã, secador do banheiro quebrado, portaria de entrada e saída de veículos toda atrapalhada dificultando retorno após sair do hotel.

O hotel é maravilhoso mas todos os atendimentos demoram muito, restaurante, serviço de quarto e bar da piscina, levam uma eternidade para te atender e entregar o pedido.
Chegando a quase 1h de espera..
Ah.. e não tem tomada para carro elétrico, ligam em uma tomada de luz convencional

O hotel é maravilhoso. Viajamos para comemorar nossas bodas de prata e valeu muito a pena. O quarto é confortável, a vista é maravilhosa, o café da manha é sensacional. Única crítica é sobre o preço dos pratos para almoço e jantar. Os preços são bem altos e a quantidade dos pratos bem pequena. Porém, acabamos comendo no Capivari, no Baden Baden, e foi tudo de bom...

Excelente! Muito confortável. Comemos o melhor fondue das nossas vidas. O atendimento é excelente, tanto da recepção quanto do restaurante. Linda vista do quarto. Sugerimos um capricho melhor na limpeza das piscinas e jacuzzis.
