A INFRAESTRUTURA DO HOTEL EM TODOS OS SEUS AMBIENTES, ESPETACULAR. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SÃO EXTREMAMENTE ATENCIOSOS. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MARAVILHOSO COM MUSICA AMBIENTE NUM SALÃO COM VISTA DIRETA PARA A PAISAGEM DE NATUREZA ESPLÊNDIDA. OS PRATOS A LA CARTE DO JANTAR SÃO DELICIOSOS. TUDO IMPECÁVEL.

We came all the way from the states, paid more than 1200 dollars for 4 nights and was terrible to see water problems in the bathroom, terrible to see that we didn’t have breakfast on buffet of any day, and was only us here, paying this much for normal accommodation, well and for finish, do never do laundry here, it cost for a a pair of jeans 120 reais more than 20 dollars, the place is beautiful but needs to grown so much.

We requested some favors but non of them were accepted.
Also, we were not informed that Dinner reservation is necessary thus we had to dine at chilled open-air table.

Hotel perfeito, lindíssimo, confortável, silencioso, serviços de qualidade, funcionários solícitos. Próximo da vila Capivari (da pra ir a pé). Percebe-se que tudo foi feito com muito carinho e bom gosto. Vele a hospedagem. Numa próxima visita a Campos do Jordão, certamente será a minha primeira opcão.

Hotel excelente, ótima gastronomia e vários espaços muito bem preparados como sauna, piscinas aquecidas, áreas de fogo, academia, adega e até uma charutaria. A atenção dos funcionários é incrível, bastante diferenciada. Além de tudo é muito bem localizado.

Local agradável, ótimos funcionários, ambientes limpos e organizados. Porém pelo valor que se paga, esperávamos um pouco mais... Nos hospedamos no Bangaló. O espaço é muito agradável, e acomoda bem 4 adultos. Porém a TV de um dos quartos não funcionava, e enquanto um toma banho em um banheiro, o chuveiro do outro não funciona. O café da manha, é muito gostoso, porém não tem muitas variedades, ficamos 4 dias, e os 4 dias foram servidos as mesmas opções. No almoço, não tivemos boa experiencia, pois, por ser a la carte, e ter muitos hospedes demora-se muito para ser servido. Tivemos uma espera de 1:40 para almoçar, quase desistimos. O sabor da comida é delicioso. O hotel por ser em meio a natureza, todo lugar que se anda é muito ingrime, acredito que um idoso possa ter certa dificuldade, porém é um ambiente lindo

Belissimo hotel, ótimo serviço, excelente comida, em uma localização privilegiada, a 100 metros do Capivari. Quarto gostoso, com cama macia, ótimos travesseiros e roupa de cama e banho de 1a. Vale a pena dar uma passada na adega e na biblioteca.

O Hotel Quebra-noz se tornou nossa segunda casa e o refúgio perfeito quando queremos fugir do stress de São Paulo. Começa pelo extremo bom gosto em cada detalhe desde a decoração com peças escolhidas a dedo para a nossa casa e não apenas para o hotel, dando a sensação de exclusividade para quem aprecia estes diferenciais. O atendimento é acolhedor e extremamente atencioso aonde todos os funcionários sem exceção perguntam a todo momento se está tudo bem, se precisamos de algo. Os quartos são modernos, amplos, bem iluminados com comodidades e amenidades desde o menu de travesseiros até pequenas surpresas quando se retorna ao quarto. As áreas comuns oferecem ampla variedade de entretenimento e com privacidade e conforto mesmo não estando dentro dos quartos. Café da manhã e chá da tarde com itens de extrema qualidade e que foge ao básico oferecido pelos hotéis, personalizando itens que são preparados na hora de acordo com a preferência individual. E não menos importante, o Hotel Quebra Noz entende realmente o conceito de pet friendly aonde os pets são realmente bem acolhidos podendo estar próximo aos seus tutores em praticamente todos os espaços sem desrespeitar o espaço de quem não aprecia a presença de pets. Este depoimento pode até parecer "publi" mas na verdade é simplesmente o depoimento de quem conhece bastante os hotéis de Campos e o Quebra Noz é disparado o local aonde nos sentimos em casa.
