Larkspur Landing Campbell-An All-Suite Hotel

Was a decent location on our trip to stop off and relax in the evening. Quotes and nicely equipped.

The staff was great, the facilities were clean. A perfect place for a person spending a few days on business in San Jose.

The most outstanding feature is that each room is equipped with a large full kitchen and this is the best place I have ever stayed at with kitchens that are the same size as the room itself. The kitchens are well equipped with a big stove, a big full size refrigerator, a full size oven, pots, pans, plates, cutlery. The breakfast at this facility is a strong plus also: a good size continental breakfast is provided including choices of bread, eggs, fruits, coffees, and teas. However we had problems with the equipment turning on and off in an unreliable manner from the first night onwards, but staff was not available to solve these problems. The website states their commi**ent to cleaning but in fact no one in the hotel cares about it, we found the service staff to be lazy, dishonest and belligerant. Guests are occasionally provided cleaning materials to clean their room and outside hallway themselves in lieu of cleaning services, which can be difficult if you are the sole traveler or business guest with a busy schedule. We ultimately had to cut short our trip when we had heating and cleaning issues including drug odor in corridors that was not attended and got defensive push back when it was brought up because there were long term residents checking in and the front desk felt badly about issues being brought up. They provided a full refund of two days due to the issues but had to waste a half day of persuading them with back and forth on it, communication was bad with each person not knowing what the other says and no response to emails or calls. We don't plan to return but it might be a good option for a family with children staying for a couple of months that needs daily self cooked food or maintain a specific diet.

Really disappointed in this property. Looks old and tired, very shabby...light fixtures missing in hallways, blinds broken and sliced in half. Check in desk is cluttered and disorganized, hard to tell who is an employee as dress is very casual. Parking lot security is suspect as trees are overgrown to the point of obscuring what little overhead lighting there is. Our bathroom had mold growing above the shower head and an obvious leak in the ceiling near the bed. It is clear that maintenance and an update is necessary to charge a premium price for this hotel. The "breakfast" is a to go box with very interesting options. Stay away...the pictures on the website are very deceiving and not accurate.

Loved everything they offered. Really went the extra mile.

The check in staff were helpful and polite, the lobby and room was very clean and tidy, nothing out of place. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

房間面積較大,有開放式廚房，冰箱，電磁爐和洗手盆，還配了鍋和餐具，可以簡單做飯，床比較舒適，有一張寬敞的寫字桌，辦公方便。缺點是設施偏舊，冰箱轟轟作響，我們直接拔掉了電源，窗機空調也響。

住房價格實惠還有廚房可以使用，對於在當地的高消費，可以自己煮飯就是省錢的好地方。飯店提供的早餐略嫌單調

設施陳舊了點，其它都好。
