It takes 10 minutes from the airport. And 5 minutes walk to the osean attached. We arrived 6am but they allowed us early check-in because the room was available without additional charge.

Hotel was nice but the parking process is pretty ridiculous. It’s supposed to be a flat rate of $25 a day which is still expensive. You get a ticket and if not validated correctly you overpay. We arrived around 9pm, parked and left the next day at 11am. Parking costed $52. Got back at 6pm, left the next day around 4pm and parking costed $88. By day 4 they got the parking validation correct. The tv in the room didn’t work at all the first night. The second night from 9pm til around midnight and then it was very random. The staff said it was a problem with the provider yet the room wasn’t discounted at all and we had a few rainy day and we stayed in but I had to go to Walmart and buy a Roku box just so we weren’t sitting in silence listening to all the other rooms around us.

Do your research for things to do you need book ahead of trip no openings and transportation uber or taxi is a must for events

Excellent service from the time we arrived until check out. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and he loved walking into the room to see balloons and cake! Thank you so much for the great hospitality! Every one is so friendly and welcoming!

Everyone was extremely friendly and I LOVE Christian who drove me on the golfcart to the beach!!!! The beach provided free lounge chairs w umbrella to hotel guests - but the beach was pretty dangerous to swim.

Very convenient location, nice lobby and common areas, good looking exterior.
Rooms are pretty worn out, bathrooms have old dirt on tiles, generally it's not updated.
Considering the high price and 4 stars, would expect nicer rooms.
Beach "club" is present (plus), but it's really really basic, so there are like 8-10 people there from the hotel.
