Hi! I was booked May 11-12, 2024. I attended our grand alumni activities and had no time to check-in the hotel until the end of our evening socials. I went there to check in at around 1:30 am May 12, 2024. But to my surprise, the hotel looked abandoned. No receptionist. It looks so creepy. Good thing friend who gave me a ride waited for me til I get settled. She just gave me a ride to my parents home in Bato.
I want a refund.

The place kinda creep me out because their hallways don't have lights and the other rooms was open but what i like with this hotel is their staff was kind and accommodating.
