Club Bravo Caracol

This is a excellent resort. It is the best value for your money. The food is excellent. I only paid $1500 for two weeks and i am getting more than my moneys worth. I do not understand why this hotel is empty as it is an excellent hotel. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are newly renovated and super clean. The beach is beautiful and well supervised. I will come back again for sure. Its the best value anywhere. The hotel general manager is doing a great job and all her staff are working hard at making this an even better resort.

The hotel it's wonderful I'm so grateful for the employees they are really kind and professional and friendly...the food was really good and variety I came back after 3 years with my family and I could see everything is going well like always, maybe better..I just want to say THANK YOU for everything I will be back again because the stuff make me feel like home I enjoyed the time

Very quite and clean place. The rooms are clean and big. washrooms standing shower staff are friendly. Food is amazing pool small. Kids have own kids pool.beach very clean. No bar at the beach only at the pool. Need more staff for serving. Over all best places to travel with less budget

I am planning to be there for 16 days on March 2024, let check it out after my vacation end, hopefully to give a thumbs up, also the price is quite a bit high for a 3 star hotel let's check if it is worth it, so keep me happy , i will see you there soon, bye

Very good service and very friendly people i highly recommend it and I’ll give it 5 stars for sure . Food is good and the price is fair ,rooms are nice and clean i can’t wait to come again and enjoy the son and beach . Close the night club it’s only a minute away from the hotel

Everything was awesome. Great variety of food. Many old employees back to hotel which I really loved it. Rooms are very clean n nice size.I have nothing to say better than I experienced. Highly recommend will visit again very soon. It's my favorite place in Cuba.

Caracol hotel is the best Hotel in Playa Santa Lucia, Cuba, it is great renovated rooms, Air-conditioned good, Food is amazing delicious, very nice friendly service at the Hotel, very hood Animation Team, great Reception service...it is perfect Hotel for your Vacation in Cuba....trust me you gonna come Back again!!! The hotel Caracol is the best hotel in Santa Lucía. I recomended 100% this hotel for spending a great time. Food is super good and the animation is amazing. I had a really good time at the hotel. Enjoy. Muy bueno el Hotel, lo mejor de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo 100%
