Everything was great besides the noise a machine was making outside our window the whole stay will be booking again

New hotel at affordable rates. Very clean and comfortable beds. Large spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Lots of parkkng
Safe area and neighborhood. Fridge and microwave. Lots of storage for clothes. Very warm and welcoming service. Fast check in.

Front staff very friendly, easy check in. Hotel was clean, room immaculate, beds comfortable. Close location to our concert at the Amphitheater.

The lady who checked me in (Kelani, I think) was SO nice, professional and sweet! She was the perfect person to have at the front desk. I hope she’s there if I ever go back! Also, as a self-proclaimed germaphobe with OCD who likes to go in and clean/disinfect my own hotel room, I must say someone did a great job cleaning my room ahead of me. Also, the one stain (wine, I believe) in the carpet was immediately addressed, and Miss Karen - the housekeeping manager - was just great!

Very modern hotel, which surprised me for a H.I.. The bar looked nice as well as the menu for the in house kitchen.
Room was comfortable and roomy. Came for a concert, and will stay here again, for sure. Perfect spot with many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The property was well-maintained and the rooms are clean. The restaurant didn't have a variety of food to offer and the quality of the food was not acceptable.

This is a gorgeous, new facility. My group expressed how clean and stylish it is. We loved the Dove products in our room! The lobby is designed well and the rooms “smell brand new”. We will come back to this hotel every time we see a concert at the amphitheater.

Gorgeous property, very clean. Right next to Hamada, restaurant and bar in house but did not try it. Close to shopping but best to have a car to navigate Tinley. Staff was friendly, would definitely stay again
