太差了！！可以説是我在加拿大目前住過，體驗感最差的一間酒店！快下午四點到的酒店就，拿了房卡一開，是間還沒清潔的房間，換了一間還是沒清潔的，又換一間，房卡打不開，來來回回跑上跑下了四五次才成功住進。結果廁所洗手盆堵塞去水很慢，水漬堆積很噁心。浴室花灑出水很強又不能調節，小朋友覺得疼。當初選這個泳池主要是為了那個有滑梯的泳池，結果有幾天還關了滑梯。我們圖方便所以在卡爾加里的這一週都是訂了這家酒店，太后悔了！！絕對黑名單！

Hot Tub was out of order and I had no Channels on the television in my room I asked front desk twice in 2 days to fix it. Rooms were clean.

It was under construction with no advice about it, I got allergies to dust. Besides that everything was good

Construction on our floor was very dusty and the hot tub was not in service. When asked when the hot tub would be back, the front desk said at least a month... Should have updated their listing to show that the hot tub is not a thing.

Room was neat and tidy.
Tub in room was spacious.
We left and forgot a jacket in the closet. 3 hours later, called and the jacket was not returned to the front dest. Nor was it still in the room. Unfortunate that this dishonesty was present at the hotel.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Loved all the electric plug ins for all our electrical devices. As usual the beds are sooo comfortable and the included breakfast is good. Unfortunately the hot tub is not working.
