衞生略差，廁所一股去不掉的汗臭。早餐有點崴，別期望太高。

The AC made a loud rattling noise all night, and we had to have it on cause the room felt and smelled musty. The carpet had stains all over, one of the bathroom towels had yellow stains as well. In the morning when I finally got up I’ve noticed that the mattress had brown stains too. This was reported to the front desk.

always friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is beginning to show wear but they are doing major upgrades. Always clean.

The staff was okay. Did not seem like she was happy. The road to property is horrible. I have been down dirt roads that are nicer. But im sure thats on the county. Nice having applebees next to it.

I was given a two full bed room for five people, when I asked the front desk about the accommodation, they quickly corrected their mistake and upgraded me to a bigger room.

It was a lot better than expected. I normally stay at Hilton hotels but this hotel was equally good. The bed and pillows are great. Rooms are spacious and well organized. The sentri office is just 15-20 min away.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the channel selection was good. I feel that the rooms are ready for a upgrade especially the bathroom. I do recommend this hotel.

This facility is dated, there is a lot of patch work in the rooms. Besides the bed mattress being awful and waking up with back pain - every time you use the bathroom it doesn't flush all the way, you need to flush 5 time and hold the lever to be clean, that very nasty.
