Voor de 5e keer in dit hotel verbleven. En ik moet zeggen.... het was wederom geweldig. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel (één grote familie), een prachtige locatie direct aan het strand, waar het mooi snorkelen is. Top animatie, schone kamers, goed eten, kortom... wat wil je nog meer.

vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, er wordt volop gerenoveerd, net een nieuw verwarmbaar zwembad, het andere zwembad wordt in februari vernieuwd, de keuken is gevarieerd en van goede kwaliteit, ook het Italiaanse restaurant bij het zwembad is zeer aan te bevelen, kortom, alles dik in orde!

Na 2 jaar weer terug in dit fijne hotel. Ondanks alle coronaperikelen zagen we dat al het personeel nog in dienst is. Dus nog steeds die geweldige service, ga zo door! Jullie zien ons snel weer terug!

Je termine mon séjour à l'hôtel framissima elba carlota. Je rejoins les bons avis. Pas déçue de l'hôtel , propre les chambres sont faites tout les jours, la nourriture est correcte les plats sont chaud qui n'est pas le cas dans d'autres hôtels , les boissons sont top, cocktails , vin /rosé ( bouteille) servi dans des verres à pied qu'on apprécié. L'environnement L'hôtel face à la mer ⛱️, nous pouvons faire de belles promenades , mais éloigné de la ville . J'ai passé de bonnes vacances , je reviendrai.

Hôtel sublime, propre, lumineux, chambres familiales communicantes très spacieuses, buffets variés et copieux, personnels au top, souriants, piscines propres.... nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire avec nos 3 enfants! Bravo à l'équipe Fram pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse, leurs conseils, leurs sourires ! Bravo pour les animations et spectacles nocturnes.... c'est passé tellement vite😳🥰

Just returned from our 3rd visit to Elba Carlota fuerteventura & I know where we would all rather be! First time for my Son & family & they also loved it! They had Junior suite with Sea View, we only had small double room (hubby had little moan was not as good as previously) but hey we were all on same floor! (As requested). The only major problem is with the Clean Towels, (Beach & Room) they need to sort out Laundry contract & delivery time. Sometimes we had to wait & tbh you could see the frustration with the Receptionists due to complaints. Clean Room towels are any Hotels basic requirement. Food was great & plentiful, entertainment good, Animation team did a wonderful job, in fact all the staff worked tirelessly! Lovely to see Paula again! Ur right Paula 1 wk not enough! Cheers!

La atención del personal,tanto de recepción como Yosvani,Nayra e Isabel principalmente y la atención en el bufet de Liani,Ozi y Macarena. Tuvimos un problema de salud y todos ellos se volcaron en ayudarnos. No tenemos palabras suficientes de agradecimiento

Au top ! Toute l’equipe d’animation est petillante et pleine de vie de quoi ravir les petits et les grands (Theo fait des tours de magie au top)! Quant a l’accueil client rien a dire, visite de l’hotel et des differentes activites a faire sur l’ile, par Sherile, des hotes d’accueil a l’ecoute et toujours la pour vous conseiller. Et n’oublions pas les serveurs et les cuisiniers qui font du super travail pour que chacun trouve le bonheur dans son assiette ! Juste un grand merci pour ces vacances que nous avons passer a 7, nous en gardons un super souvenir !

L équipe d animation au top !!!! Hôtel au top. Nous sommes déjà venu ici il y a 8 ans , quel régale à nouveau 1 semaines de pure plaisir, de bonheur, de détente et de bonne humeur. Mercii à l équipe fram ! Et merci au personnelle de l hôtel également pour la magnifique demande en mariage qu il on organiser avec mon cheri 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 je recommande sans hésiter. A bientôt
