O hotel é muito agradável. Piscinas deliciosas. Teve uma animação na área da piscina, com os tios Leleko e tia Beca que agitou a manhã. Super animados, engraçados, educados. Aproveitei com minha mãe de 77 anos. E ela também amou. Café da manhã completo e jantar delicioso. Recomendo.

Comida gostosa , atendimento muito bom , aula com essa dupla sensacional tia beca de uma alegria incrível tio leleko que domina todas as atividades voltaremos pra ter mais aulas incríveis com eles parabéns pela nova equipe nos receberam muito bem

Foi tudo ótimo, porém acho que poderia aumentar o tamanho da letra ( fonte ) do cardápio, pois são muito pequena. E deixar os colaboradores sempre informados dos ambientes e rotinas do clube, pois tivemos a experiência de estar em um local e nos informar que o espaço que queríamos era em outro, chegando lá, como não achamos, informaram novamente que era onde estávamos inicialmente. Tirando esse contratempo foi tudo muito bom..

Hotel precisa de reforma, ar condicionado faz muito barulho mal dá para dormir, café da manhã bom, refeições salgadas e sem tempero, a moça q fica fz as massas é top nota 10 somente para o macarrão mesmo! Sobre o ar condicionado meu marido teve q colocar uma toalha em cima pq o pinga pinga do quarto de cima era um barulho só.

Café da manhã ok, refeição tem variedades porém é salgada e sem tempero, exceto o macarrão q é preparado na hora, O ar condicionado modelo antigo é muito barulhento, mobiliário precisa de reforma, as piscinas são boas, o banheiro sempre fica molhado, o box é mal vedado.

Falta manutenção no patrimônio. Sete dias que reclamamos da falta de telefone no quarto e não resolveram. Aparelhos de ar condicionado quebrados, todos do restaurante e parte das outras áreas comuns, boas camareiras, bom chefe de cozinha

Pensa em um animador, Leleco faz de um tudo para colocar o pessoal cima. A parte recreativa é com certeza um diferencial. Recomendo a todos. Ainda, cabe destacar que, a comida é incrível e o pessoal tem uma atenção mais do que especial, fazendo com que a experiência seja especial.

Gostei das atividades do Tio Leleco,da música ao vivo, da comida, das piscinas... ambiente família acolhedor, um bom lugar para se descansar, ótimo para todas as idades, os preço são acessíveis.os outros parques aquático da rede também, são ótimos lugares para se passar o dia.

Hotel com ótima localização, atendimento, alimentação, limpeza, acomodação e atividades. Viagei com uma amiga e nos divertimos muito com as atividades proporcionadas pelo tio leleco, que é super simpático, divertido e consegue animar de crianças a adultos.
