Hotel is not good for family. Entire hotel is getting bad smell, boozing smell. Can't even stay for 10 mins. I have given complaint but no solution is given. Makemy trip management also mingle with hotel management and give good rating to hotel and said that i am lying. There is no value for customer rating. I lost 8000 due to this booking. Make my trip is not trust-able with this incident.

The rooms were clean but there were bed bugs and small roaches running around which was pretty disgusting. The staff was not hospitable enough.

Overall experience was good, but they don't serve anything to you even a single drinking bottle. They only provide you the room. The staffs are very nice and understanding.

The hotel is not the same as shown in the photos. It's very simple. cleaning is not properly. AC is not working properly
