Sometimes when you travel internationally, to a remote location, you never know what you’re going to get; however we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with various questions. A big shout out to Roberto, who went with me to get a tire repaired!! We were in need of catering and they came thru for us on that as well! The rooms are very comfortable and the entire place is really beautiful and secure. Location is about 10 min from the airport; however not within walking distance to much. That was fine by us, because it was an oasis at the end of the day!

Ficamos neste hotel somente uma noite e amamos!!! As instalações são lindas: amplas, bem limpas e confortáveis. O hotel também dispõe de um belo restaurante. Ótima opção em Calama, bem próximo a supermercados e ao aeroporto. Estacionamento e Café da Manhã inclusos. Toda equipe foi super simpática e muito acolhedora. Queríamos poder ficar mais.

Todo excelente, personal totalmente dispuesto a tus necesidades, una gran estadía, excelente ubicación para la total comodidad, el entorno, la tranquilidad, el restaurant, todo no cinco, sino diez puntos y más, considere lo absolutamente la estadía aqui

Por causas de trabajo vivi en este hotel por 6 meses. La verdad estoy muy agradecido de la forma en que me trataron. Fueron un 7 conmigo! Las recepcionistas, los meceros, el chef y las señoras del aseo pasaron a ser mis compañeros en mi hogar lejos de mi hogar. Las piezas son muy cómodas, tiene el porte suficiente, y las camas son muy agradables para dormir. No hay problemas de ruidos cercanos. El estacionamiento es lo suficientemente grande para todas las camionetas, yo incluso la dejaba ahí el fin de semana cuando volvía a santiago. Están a 8 minutos del aeropuerto, muy buena locación! Las duchas tienen problemas, suelen tener problemas de presión en las duchas, lo cual era algo irritante cuando eran las 6.30 de la mañana y no me podia duchar, pero pasaba de vez en cuando! No siempre. Tienen el espacio suficiente para construir un gimnasio simple, deberían hacerlo! Sería muy practico para los huéspedes del hotel como yo y mi equipo, que nos gusta ejercitar en la semana. Es seguro, limpio y agradable! Muy recomendado para alojar en Calama. Vuelvo a agradecer a todos por lo bien que me trataron en mi estadía!! Como nota general de pongo un 6/10 (debido a la falta de comodidades en comparación a los otros NOI de Chile)

La estadía en Borde Noi ha sido súper buena. Pieza bonita, amplia, totalmente equipada, baño en condiciones excelente de limpieza. El calefactor que había no abrigaba lo que esperábamos, y eso que estaba al máximo, pero es un detalle.
