Fantastisch resort, super de luxe kamers, van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke bedden bij het zwembad, erg schoon, compleet en gastvrij. Gym ook goed uitgerust. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas was de Spa steeds vol, dus geen afspraak kunnen maken op prettige tijd.

Er is niks te doen in dit dorp. Het hotel is goed maar ze draaien de hele dag keiharde muziek. Dus ff chillen bij het zwembad is er niet bij.. zeg je nou rustig achtergrond muziekje overdag en om een uur of vijf gaan we los.. snap ik dat.. wij kozen voor adult only omdat we niet in het geschreeuw van kinderen wilden zitten. Maar dit hotel lijkt het te compenseren met schreeuwerige muziek echt jammer.

Staying at this beautiful hotel was a delight! The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel itself was stunning, complete with a lovely pool and comfortable beds. The addition of a DJ was a nice surprise. The only downside was the food; as we don’t eat pork, there was limited variety available. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to assist. Although there wasn’t much to do in the surrounding area due to the early season, we still had a nice vacation. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

We stayed there just for a night but it was enough to realise that workers as well as facilities are as great as one could imagine. It's the perfect place to relax, as there is a quiet spa with jacuzzi and sauna, among other services. Finally, we just had breakfast there but it was delicious! Will recommend it to friends and family for sure.

What a fantastic week at Lago for my 50th birthday! Cannot fault anything about our stay. The hotel is clean and is continually being cleaned. The food is exceptional, so much choice for both breakfast and evening meals also great for gluten free options. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

What an incredible resort! Very modern, clean and the staff are 5 stars! We had such an amazing time! I couldn’t ask for a better birthday trip! Braulio was a great host, recommending great drinks! Not to mention his great energy! Cris from the Experience desk was an angel! She booked us in for a boat tour (private tour that last 4 hours and it was AMAZING!) also shared her knowledge about the island with us! Impeccable service! I’ll be back for sure!

Casas del Lago is a fantastic hotel, staff amazing, location amazing, rooms amazing, service amazing. The only down thing, and it is a bit of a moan rather than a major negative is that there were no free sunbeds directly at the side of the pool, they were all to be paid for but there were plenty of other good quality beds in the pool area that were free. All in all though a very good 4☆ that we are looking now to book for next year!
