Lovely spacious clean room! This hotel is so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble! Such a clean hotel, food lots of choice too! Drinks were excellent! Never had trouble getting a sunbed, pool clean, the lifeguards were very attentive! Can't recommend this hotel enough! 10 mins to cala bona town and 20-25 walk to millor , beautiful coastal walk, very flat X hotel also accessible for wheelchair users x

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday at the superb hotel. It is spotlessly clean, has very comfortable good-sized rooms and the choice and quality of food was excellent for each meal. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful at all times and the service can't be faulted. There is a lovely 15 minute walk along the seafront to Cala Bona which has a good range of restaurants and bars. Would recommend the short trip inland to Son Servera - there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel. Special thanks to Alex and the amazing Mia for organising the daytime games and evening entertainment and for providing so many laughs along the way!

On arrival at the hotel we spoke to Ricardo on the front desk and he couldn't have been more helpful with everything regarding the hotel.we went all inclusive and found something to eat at all times and the rooms were of a decent standard also there were plenty of sun beds round the pool for everyone to use .We had water in the fridge which was left for us by the hotel and also the safety deposit box was free which we never found at any other hotel we stayed at.Only negative I would say is the hotel is slightly away from cala bona (10 minute walk) so if you not a fan of walking then this isn't for you but didn't bother us at all.They do thought put on a shuttle bus at certain times of the day if you wish to use it but all in a really nice hotel to stay at

Spent a very enjoyable and relaxing week at this hotel. We chose all inclusive. There was plenty food choices available at all meal times. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size very clean and decent standard with air con and free safe for valuables. Bed very comfy. House keeping every day and clean towels every day if you wished. Nice pool area and plenty sun beds. Evening entertainment was to a good standard. Served quickly and efficiently at the bar. Free minibus to Cala Millor provided by the hotel. Whilst rated as a 3☆ we feel giving the facilities available 4☆ would be more accurate. We would have giving 5/5 but for the food which we felt needs to be kept hotter to cover the 2 hour serving times. Would recommend and likely to book a holiday at this hotel at some point in the future. ☆☆☆☆

Just returned from my 4th visit to the Isabel. My first since the revamp of this gem of a hotel. The improvements are amazing. The staff throughout the hotel give 100% to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. My sister is very unsteady on her feet, so a ground floor room with a walk-in shower was reserved for our stay. The cooked food was a little samey but always served well prepared and hot. The salad bar offers an excellent array of choice. The bar was never over busy and the staff friendly. I have to compliment the young girl who organises all the children's/evening entertainment. Whatever she's paid isn't enough. She works incredibly hard and is soooo funny. The hotel wasn't over busy and I found all the other guests to be really friendly, calm and helpful if they saw me with my sister. On conclusion the young man on reception ensured we had breakfast on our last morning opening the door early for us. Was another fabulous stay at the Isobel and I can't recommend it enough. 10/10

Had a wonderful holiday with family, 12 in total. The cleanliness, rooms, bar service were all excellent. We were all inclusive and the food was very good with plenty of choice. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and a good time was had by all. Us oldies in the group really appreciated the courtesy bus to Cala Millor, the younger ones walked. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

A really clean hotel in a quiet area within walking distance of Cala Bona. The staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful. The frequent shuttle bus is available on most days to take you into busy Calla Millor. The hotel has three stars but I would give it at least four. Great value for money.

Thank you to all the lovely staff at Ferrer Lime Isabel, we’ve had an amazing holiday. I can’t fault anything about the hotel, the whole of the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are a lovely spacious size, the food is tasty with plenty of choice, their is entertainment each night & the staff are all lovely & friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated with a short walk to the little town or there is a free shuttle bus to Cala Millor. Thanks for a fab holiday xx

This was our first stay here and we had a lovely week. The hotel was in a great location and very clean with generous size rooms. Staff were all excellent with the exception of one female member of the bar staff team who was rude,impatient and generally grumpy everytime we saw her which was a shame as everybody else from maintainence,housekeeping, restaurant, reception and pool attendants were very friendly and attentive. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds and pool is large. There is a supermarket across the road in another hotel but it is overpriced so try to buy at Cala Bona shops. Only small critcism is that if you are staying on bed and breakfast option then there is no snsck bar available so you will need to pay to use the dining room
