Waste of money, website showing it has heath centre while it’s chargeable, No hot water in bath, I cannot go back to this hotel anymore, breakfast, I asked for Spanish eggs and twice I was served cold eggs and staff attitude is as if they are doing favour on us, manager also very rude, I had booked a prepaid booking and they didn’t have my booking on arrival!!

What's happend?
1) not provided hot water
2) bad room condition (table below too many dust...i think do too many do not cleaning)
3) too many mosquitos
4) in bath room, do not fixed shower hose...and then can't shower
5) old towel condition...

The hygiene in the hotel was not great and the breakfast was also wanting…either that or my expectations due to the rating of the hotel were cheated. There was no internet, despite the hotel always giving internet vouchers that do not work. The staff were however friendly and this made the stay better.

In reality, it is not quite like the posted photos, or maybe, there are only some exceptional rooms and many rooms aren't that good. Regarding the advantages, it would be the location and its relative closeness to River Nile, Bridging to Giza, ring road, and the downtown. Another point may be the budget fitness of some travelers. Regarding the disadvantages, it really needs renovation everywhere, more vibrant features or activities to cut the felt boredom, enriching the buffet style and food variety and quality.

Their pool was not available for use since they were using that area to store elevator parts. The gym wasn’t mentioned that it was an extra cost and not actually part of the Hotel upon check in.

I had the pleasure to stay at Maadi Hotel for 60 days in a raw. I have to say that I got an excellent and cordial service all the time. At the reception you will find Mr. Rady and Mr. Ahmed. Both of them speak fluent English. They will do their best to meet your requests. The Fitness center located at the top of the hotel has a marvelous view to the Nile while you are running on the treadmill. The wireless internet in the room should be improved as the variety of the breakfast too. Customers are allowed to smoke in the lobby area and in the rooms. That smoke could reach your room too. Beyond that, the chefs at the little restaurant are always willing to prepare the food you ask them to cook for you. I would say that those imperfections are greatly compensated by the Egyptian warmth and high sense of hospitality. Therefore, I conclude by saying that Egypt is a beautiful country with beautiful people! Enrique

It was a good experience, the staff are more than friendly! Always ask for Rady! He’s the one! For any comments or any questions, he will be available. Loved the welcoming and they have nice staff!!!!
