I have stayed at this hotel perhaps six or seven times. I like the location it is close to the city (2 blocks ) it is close to the beach (2.5) blocks. Close to some tasty restaurants. Very big pool and free laundry. Free breakfast was tasty!! Also free use of washer and dryer. Hotel restaurant is also tasty. Dont forget to ask for your free maragraita coupon per person upon check in, I will return to this hotel happily!

Customer service for breakfast is not that great plus hotel rooms are not insulated properly, I hear all the horns and traffic as you’re on the street

We loved most everything about this place! Great location. Walking distance to beach and nightlife. Great staff! Only thing...we wished for more vegan options.

My husband and I stayed one night and it was perfect. You can walk anywhere as it’s close to everything including Medano Beach. The stay included breakfast which was delicious. The room itself 309 could use a refresh (ie shower head and painting) otherwise okay. Great stay.

Staff was very friendly. I loved that I could bring my pup, and it was only a few blocks from all the action at Medano beach.
Also, the restaurant has SUCH reasonable prices compared to all of the other restaurants and beautiful presentation!
