We absolutely loved Pacifica. The service, hospitality and food were all amazing . If I could find one thing to improve ,I’d have to say that we have had a little better reception upon arrival at other resorts ie. welcome cocktail, warm towels, etc. but that was definitely outweighed by how amazing ever else was. We can’t wait to return.

Loved the accommodations here. Landscaping was impeccable the service was top. Always someone to serve and room service was never more than 30 minutes. Food was outstanding

We had an amazing stay. We were treated like royalty. The food was fantastic! Definitely plan to return and stay longer next time!

This is our second time at the property. I would stay again! We had a room in the towers with a butler (Gabriel & Dulce they were excellent!) I would say we enjoyed our second trip more than our first time there.
We went mid Feb and missed the best weather but we were able to see whales everyday which made the trip special.
Pescado’s food was excellent we ate there twice.
La Frida- Go for the experience and views but we wouldn’t go for the food again.
Steakhouse- we would have ate here twice. Wife loved their special margarita and I loved their basic marg. Great for pictures and a special night at the resort. I’ve had better steaks but I would say it was very good for resort all-inclusive. But the overall dining experience was our favorite of the trip.
Pool food is excellent as well and the VIP lounge is a special perk!
The gym is awesome with a great view!
And the resort itself is extremely clean and well taken care of.
There APP for the phone is excellent to make reservations, see menus and order room service.
We booked through ******* about a month out and saved a decent amount of money.

The resort and staff were fantastic. The reason for my poor relates to access to the golf course. I booked the stay because of its advertised access to golf. After booking (and paying) a month before my arrival, I contacted the resort and was told to call the golf club directly. They advised the course was booked and could only put me on a waiting list. I never did get a tee time. I stopped by the course to check on my status and the staff were unhelpful and frankly rude. They refused to look up where I was on the waiting list. I asked to talk with the manager and was told he was unavailable. 50 years of traveling and I have never been treated so poorly. Had I know this I would not have booked this resort.
