No café da manha o cafe estava gelado devido a garrafa térmica estar ruim. Fiquei 3 dias tomando café gelado. O café da máquina é horrível.

Hotel perfeito, todo mundo disposto a ajudar e receber muito bem. Café da manhã deixa a desejar sim, mas é perto de tudo. Tem mercado e farmácia em frente, qualquer tipo de loja. 2 km do canal de Cabo Frio, pode ir andando. E a Praia do Forte pode ir de uber, ou de carro.... que é bem perto. Ou se você gosta de uma caminhada, vale a pena. Mc donalds, restaurantes bons... inclusive se quiserem sair pra jantar a Rua Porto Alegre é o melhor destino.

first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job.

Mal cuidado, sujo, não tem estacionamento, quarto mofado, comida do restaurante fujam! Não agrada em nada, atendimento não é cordial. Só o ar que funciona bem! ..................................................................

No check inn rapido atendentes maravilhosos, cafe da manha muito bom roupas de cama e travesseiros otimos como a cama tambem muito boa. O quarto 312 e pequeno tem que passar de lado entre a cama e a mesa. no penultimo dia da nossa estada. Acabou a agua e inamidissivel, um hotel naquele porte acabar agua porque disseram que a bomba queimou.

Gostei bastante da nossa estadia.
Do atendimento, café da manhã e limpeza não tenho nenhuma queixa.
Praia, Supermercado, Farmacia e bancos próximo.
A noite fomos no bairro da passagem para um jantar romântico.
O único ponto desfavorável é não ter estacionamento, conseguimos estacionar num estacionamento próximo sem custo.
