The Hotel was extremely comfortable, clean and the service and breakfast was outstanding. It more than met the expectations of me and my family throughout our entire stay. Also the convenience of all the restaurants and shopping nearby was a welcome pleasure.
I would highly recommend The Holiday Express to other family members and friends.

This hotel was chosen because it included breakfast. The breakfast you’re paying for is awful. Scrambled eggs are just warmish chopped up egg whites and all the bread was stale. There was only half a working toaster. Cereal was the only alternative.
The ac/heating unit in the room was so loud it had to be turned off completely in the middle of the night. It was set at 66 degrees at check-in in January. Went out to dinner while it warmed up. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was large and seemed clean but water pressure was low in the shower, but very easy to use. Ample lamps and sockets for electronics.

It was average at best. Room seemed clean until I dropped a pill & looked under the couch, yuck. Dispensers in the shower didn't work properly

The front desk workers was super friendly and helpful. However, we had to change rooms at 10:30pm. The shower in our first room did not work at all (the water would not come out) and there was a black dirty substance on the ceiling above the beds. Our second room was much better. The breakfast in the morning was less than enjoyable. The pancake machine was down, some of the milk tasted outdated, there weren’t many options to make up for the missing pancakes.

Had a mouse in our room. Telephone in our room did not work. Old cups and trash behind bed. Dresser drawers were dusty and dirty could not use for putting our cloths in. Pancake maker was broken. Dirty workout towels were never washed, they were in the dirty pile for 4 days. Only 1 person on staff every evening.

Our suite was large and comfortable, particularly enjoyed the roomy shower. The hotel was quiet and convenient to shopping, dining etc.

overall is was satisfactory,
Rooms smelled like wet dogs,
Staff had the personality of a rock at check in,
Gym equipment needed replaced.
No house keeping!!
But Breakfast was great.
