Great customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. The beds though. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. I made due with two. For the price, this is a good place. No laundry though.

Great staffs that are super welcoming and helpful. The room is big and beautiful. Just that the amenities could be broken some time. But the price for value is awesome!

역에서도 가깝고 사장님이 친절하셔서 배려가 돋보였어요.
내부객실도 청결하고 깔끔해서 기분좋게 지냈습니다.
킹배드 2인용 충분히 넓어요.
다음 부산여행올때도 애용하렵니다. 👍

櫃檯服務人員很好也很親切
臨走時還送了個釜山鑰匙圈給我

広くて清潔でとても良かったです！
駅から少し歩きましたが、歩けない距離では無いので大丈夫だと思います！
トイレとシャワーが同じなので少し大変ですが、部屋内はとても良かったです！

釜山〜南浦洞エリアの散策なら抜群にロケーションが良いです。釜山ミュージアムの目の前で、どの駅に降りても釜山タワーを目指せば自ずとホテルに到着します。
周辺は暗いけどホテルばかりなのとコンビニやマートがあるので治安が悪い感じはありませんでした。
坂は多いので、荷物を持っている方は要注意です！
建物自体は年季は感じるので、いわゆるラグジュアリーホテルや日本の新しいビジネスホテルを好む方は避けた方がいいです。古いけど内装やインテリアは可愛かったです。
アメニティは、パウチの化粧水や洗顔料までセットされてます。
韓国らしいトイレと洗面台とバスタブ、洗い場すべてが一部屋になっていてシャワーカーテンなどもないタイプです。友人の家のような感覚です。
フロントの方々も皆さん優しいので、日本語は通じないけど困ったら積極的に翻訳アプリなどを使ってコミュニケートしてください。
２泊しましたが、簡易清掃とはいえタオルなども全て交換してくれました。
古い建物なので、電源は要注意です！変換器などは入らないです。携帯の充電アダプターは設置されてますが、ヘアアイロンなども使いたい方は韓国内で延長ケーブルなどを一つ買うといいと思います。

位置地點優良，離地鐵站及逛街的地方都不遠，旁邊就有711，不怕半夜肚子餓，前台人員服務親切，櫃檯都有放礦泉水可以自取，非常方便！
