Urbanstay Busan songdo Beach

Good value for money. We didn’t receive the instructions for check in so check in process was a bit tedious. Apart from that everything was cool

Very nice accommodation, doesn't really feel like a hotel as there is no reception and you have to clean up after yourself. But overall the place was clean, good size bed, great location as its right on the beach and the bus stop is less than 5minutes walk. As it is not summer in SK right now in the night it does get a little chilly, so the AC has been turned off after 10pm (an email was sent to us explaining this), if you wanted to keep the room cool just turn the unit off as the temperature is automatically kept to 28°C so heating turns on. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a nice location not too busy!

Splendid view and location. You can travel anywhere by bus and the bus-stop is just less than 5mins away. You can hear the sound of waves. Great stay. No housekeeping so there’s a lot of privacy. 24x7 stores just in the first floor and another one just 2 mins away. There’s Starbucks and a cafe on level one. Laundry available at level 4. The only issue is that the aircon is set according to the time of the day. During the day, you get cool aircon. At night it is set for warm air. It gets hot in the room and the aircon just releases warm air. When you open the balcony door, you get cool breeze along with mosquitoes. There are plenty of mosquitoes so have fun catching them. I caught 10 in total. So we had to leave the door ajar and make do. It gets uncomfortable and night so don’t use the comforters. It’s a great place. View is absolutely out of this world. Definitely will come if they can do something about the aircon.

So I arrive to make the check in 4 hours early to the front desk with my 1 year old daughter tire and sleepy of the flight and trip and the only thing helping me was a computer that says check in is a 4 pm and there is no other option when I try to call customers service I was only by a Korean phone number so we need it to use the restroom and to rest and this garbage company didn’t have a real person to help us just a computer there are some jobs that should only be made by humans I ended up booking another hotel with real people on the front desk and I enter my room immediately of course they keep all the money not refund policy this place sucks smells like steam squid all the time and is dirty is not worth the price and this is trip.com problem they are advertising hotels like this that doesn’t fit the price of you are from the US or Canada or Latin America don’t come here is garbage

I had no idea that songdo was this far from haeundae and gwangalli beach. So its hard to commute to main attractions in those area. Though the Gamcheon cultural village and Bupyeong Market was in the area. It was a self service hotel, so there wasn’t really a person there to help right away when help was needed. I don’t think any amenities were provided, except shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. All in all the hotel was very clean and had a nice view of songdo beach. I

No password in advance! I arrived at the hotel late at night and couldn’t get in touch with the customer service line!

Это просто что-то с чем-то…. Начну с того, что это не отель. По сути вы снимаете апартаменты. Это здание, номера которого под руководством разных управляющих компаний. Номера Urbanstay-это: отсутствие уборки и всех плюшек, которые вы получаете в отеле. Уборку нужно заказывать за день до уборки и за дополнительную плату порядка 20.000 корейских вон. Воду(2 маленьких бутылки воды на 2 дня в двухместном номере, то есть раз в 2 дня) вам принесут по запросу. Не попросите, никто ничего не принесет. Полотенца меняют только маленькие. Тоже по запросу. Принесут 1 раз все полотенца, оставят под дверью и убегут. Чтобы вы их не видели. Соответственно старые полотенца останутся в номере… мусор за 8 дней так же никто не вынес. Опять же, уборка номера за дополнительную плату. Но самый прикол-это кондиционер, который, почему-то, в 10 вечера перестанет охлаждать и включается на обогрев. Администрация с этим ничего, якобы, не может сделать, это не сезон, как объясняет менеджер. На мои доводы о том, что мне плохо в душном номере мне порекомендовали выпить холодненького и арендовать вентилятор. Пришлось открывать окно и не смотря на 7 этаж, проснулась я покусанная комарами. Единственный, но очень существенный плюс этого мероприятия состоит в расположении отеля. Номер у меня был с видом на море и это было потрясающе. Пляж сонгдо достаточно удален от хондэ и, уехав с хондэ в 22.50 в итоге я шла пешком 1,5 часа до отеля, так как не успела на пересадочный автобус, имейте это в виду при планировании отдыха. Еще если вы ездите на общественном транспорте учитывайте, что непосредственно к пляжу ездят только такси, автобусы подъезжают на 2, иногда 3 уровень дороги и с багажом это очень неудобно.
