Close to the entrance gate for Kanas and the area with restaurants. Quiet at night and comfortable bed.

It’s better to stay in the actual geopark although there aren’t options to do so on Trip.com. Foreigners are supposed to stay in the old village but we found a place to stay in the new village which we liked better

This hotel is in a perfect location for those wanting to visit Kanas Lake Scenic Area. My room was a good size and quite comfortable. The only problem was that the sound insulation is quite poor so it can be noisy.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful- massive shoutout to ‘sister Q’ who went out of her way to help me with several things!

服務很好，要礦泉水等用品還有維修設施都很快響應。酒店位置非常好，在白樺林公交站旁邊，進景區方便。在陽台上可以直接看到北邊的雪山和草場。

這次喀納斯行程酒店的最大驚喜，酒店的房型很豐富，我這次住的房車硬件很棒，內部設施齊全，關鍵是讓人感到很乾凈。配的毛巾很柔軟，衞浴的香味也很贊。星空頂當晚真的讓我看到了佈滿星辰的天空，很夢幻。此外，酒店灰太郎的服務也很熱情，開着小摩託幫忙送行李，詳細介紹了房間內的設施，非常美好的體驗！

去喀納斯選擇入住這個酒店還是不錯的。酒店附近就有開往喀納斯的短駁車，比較方便。私家車不能開上去。
整個房間比較大。我們定的是大床房，有陽台，還有個麻將桌。可惜不會打。
美中不足的是酒店沒有電梯，行李需要自己扛上去，比較累。

第一次住房車 本打算衹住一天（擔心車裡冷 用水不方便 能感受下就可以了）再換到酒店的客房 誰知超出了我的預期 暖氣十足 用水方便不説 內外環境也給我驚喜 交通和就餐也很方便 毫不猶豫找到前台換房 服務員很熱情 免費給換了房（兩種不同內型的房間有價差）非常感謝 總之 給今後來的朋友強烈推該酒店

在北疆住得最好的一個晚上，禾木，喀納斯新村都在裏面住，雖然去景點方便，但住宿環境相對有限。這家白樺林度假酒店在喀納斯景區外，賈登峪門票中心附近，坐擺渡車需要坐一站才到。距離賈登峪擺渡車也有一段距離。如果坐大巴，還是需要坐擺渡車出去，或者自駕來這裏就比較方便。
酒店很大，很多不同類型的房間。有暖氣，房間也挺大挺舒服的。

這家真是喀納斯此行的驚喜。房間面積雖然不大，但是佈局合理，功能性很強，房間裏有兩台電暖器兩台空調，暖和極了。洗澡水也很熱，熱到需要小心被燙！在寒冷的夜裡洗個暖和的熱水澡太治癒了！
服務也特別好，感謝灰太狼，朋友不小心崴腳，灰太狼開三輪車把朋友從大堂送到房車門口。我們有任何問題也及時解決，很贊！好評！下次來喀納斯還會選這家
