位置OK比較安全，但是設施有點老了比起中國
前台人少了一點，其他都不錯，早餐是點餐制，很舒服
味道不錯哦哈哈

位置是很不錯，就這海邊。還可以看到飛機升降，早上旁邊就是跑經，一直跑，經過其他的酒店感覺也很安全。健身房的措施很一般，很小。餐廳食物還可以，環境是很一般，服務還可以。去機場接送的班次很密，好像等15分鐘就有了。

前台弄了個101房間給我 巨角落
窗簾是壞的
水龍頭出水剛開始是黃色的
大半夜嚇都嚇死了

評價就是很簡單，酒店的價錢是海鮮價但以這間三藩市酒店最為離譜，他的升幅可以是平日的3倍或以上，希望酒店要自己自律不要做殺雞取*的事！

體驗比較差，以前不覺得Crowne plaza這麼糟，現在覺得比普通motel還不如。酒店是一家印度人承包了，沒有什麼服務，住了四晚，沒有人打掃衞生，也沒有洗髮水肥皂衞生紙這類用品補充。電視也不能看（所列的頻道都沒有）。房間裏有螞蟻，跟前台反映了，並沒有什麼解決意願。不如國內的如家。我們後面換了本地的酒店就好了很多。沒有拍照片和視頻，因為之前沒有這個意識。但想了想還是評價一下，幫大家排下雷，建議不要抱什麼期望。

謹可接受。酒店較舊，保養一般。接駁車等很久，最少30分鐘以上。房間不提供支裝水，大堂售6美元一支。早餐要25美元，另加稅項及小費。

A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy. The shuttle bus service may refer to the schedule provided.

Locationwise, the hotel is close to San Francisco International Airport. It provides shuttle bus to and from the airport. There is restaurants inside the premises and around the area. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly..
