I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. If this is a "3-star hotel" then I'd hate to see what a 2 or 1 star hotel is. Who gave them 3 stars? There is not even a concierge or manager onsite, but rather a young desk agent and servers running the hotel with zero management experience. I ordered a salad from the hotel restaurant and 20 minutes later, still hadn't received it. When I inquired where it was, I was told that there was only one person working in the restaurant kitchen. A 3 star hotel with only one person working in the restaurant's kitchen? I don't think so. They had zero ability to remedy the situation but could only make excuses. I watched people that ordered after I receive hot food, but the kitchen couldn't even put out a cold salad in a timely fashion. If this is a "3-star hotel", then I'll stay in a Motel 6 and still get better service.
