El hotel es precioso y está situado en pleno centro histórico de El Burgo de Osma. Tiene aparcamiento y está enfrente de la estación de autobuses

El establecimiento está excelentemente situado, hay sitio para aparcar sin problemas. Las habitaciones son amplias con todo el servicio como corresponde a un hotel de su categoría. Desayuno suficiente y completo. A mejorar... pues modernizar las cerraduras de las puertas (deben estar en proceso) y dar información sobre los servicios (gimnasio, sauna...) y su uso así como de la localidad y la comarca en la habitación.

HOTEL MUY BONITO CON SOLERA Y CÓMODO.
SITUACION PERFECTA PARA VISITAR PUEBLOS CERCANOS.
PERSONAL AGRADABLE, Y TODO MUY LIMPIO.
DESAYUNO EXCELENTE.
UNICA PEGA ES QUE HAY POCO RESTAURANTES PARA CENAR. PERO PUEDES HACERLO EN CAFETERIA DEL HOTEL.
APARCAMIENTO JUSTO FRENTE HOTEL VINIENDO POR LA CARRETERA SIN PAGO.

For the price the hotel was superb and the staff (particularly Nanny) could not have been more helpful. It is very well situated and backs on to a beautiful medieval square surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Good stay.
Only concern was the limited air conditioning and no way to open windows.
Wonderful old building within easy walking of shopping and many tourist sites.
Parking was good and relatively easy.

Very very noisy as you can hear every other guest in hotel - no matter which room I guess. Check-in took ages as many checked in but no excuse or complimentary drink etc. Not what you should expect.
Plus: beautiful view room, good bathroom, i’d have liked a sidetable next to my bed. No tourist information provided etc. We spent the next night somewhere else - and slept like logs.
But go there for a cocktail and check out the lobby. I’m glad to have experienced it. I love these sorts of quirky hotels but when you hike the camino you want to sleep well.

Magnífico Hotel. Muy recomendable . Nos han dejado guardar las bicicletas y nos han atendido a las mil maravillas . El desayuno es muy bueno y si te gustan las duchas buenas, estás estan muy bien. La decoración es muy medieval y el entorno es magnífico

Céntrico, muy limpio. Para repetir. Hotel señorial con fácil acceso. Aparcamiento gratuito. Nely, una de las chicas de recepción, un encanto y el desayuno muy rico. Vale la pena reservarlo y si no te apee eche, también disponen de cafetería.

Habitaciones muy antiguas y los servicios no coinciden con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Creo que es el primer hotel en el que no hay ningún camarero en el desayuno, en la cafetería tuvimos que retirar el servicio , limpiar la mesa y servirnos nosotros mismos (el mismo camarero de la cafetería nos dio el spray para limpiarla ). No es un hotel para 4 estrellas. Necesita,una reforma urgente
