Hot water tank shaking while we using the water. No split system AC. Only portable AC which dont have remote. Room door have whooshing of air noise flowing through.

The hotel was well run, the management were available to speak to in the day and the reception check in and out was quick. The rooms are pleasant enough, but the decor and bathroom was dated. The location is great, right by the high street, walking distance to a large play park and the foreshore for sunsets.
Only complaints are; the strong smell of joss sticks at night and agree a smell to cover the pool chlorine is needed but suggest a fresh less overpowering essential oil instead. Secondly the rooms needed a vacuum each day. Ours was only vacuumed once in our 4 night stay.

對這個酒店真的是大無語，我們四個人帶了一大箱子的吃的放在桌子上，出去玩了一天回來就不見了！
跟酒店反應人家的態度就是：我們也不清楚怎麼回事，監控是不會給你們看的，我們也查不了監控，我們的員工不會動客人的東西，你要報警就報警，反正我們不在乎。而且酒店的經理一臉不耐煩，拜託，這在你們酒店丟了東西而且還是放在屋裡的，就這麼擺爛唄？反正知道警察也不會怎麼樣，頂多做個筆錄。

Love the location with walking distance to the towns amenities. The lift on our end was left with a lip (not level floor when stopped at our floor) we kept tripping.
Room booked was meant to be oceans views and it was more street view. That was disappointing for us. Room itself was roomy but no where except lounge to put our luggage.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

One has to be extremely careful in the underground car park as the ceiling is extremely low with pipes hanging very low.
Otherwise the hotel is conveniently situated for walking to the beach or main street.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel compelled to write a review for this hotel. Anyone writing a good review for this hotel is being kind. It is an old hotel in desperate need of renovation and WAY OVERPRICED. When we entered the room, we were greeted with matted carpet that had tons of dark stains. The air conditioner rattles as loud as a semi truck and cannot be adjusted which made it very difficult to sleep. The pool is in the middle of the lobby so the entire first floor smells like chlorine. The staff didn’t seem to care about any concerns we had. We traveled all around Australia and stayed at much nicer hotels for less. I would avoid this hotel..I am sure there are much nicer hotels in the area.
