Our 1st time trying out this hotel. It certainly doesnt disappoint. Price is a lil premium, when you're there you'll see why. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it's certainly a wonderful experience.

The hotel and our room was great. But it was totally different from pre-MCO. There is no more pool/games/karaoke room, no more complimenrary massage & spa, no more butler service at breakfast. Also, there used to be shuttle service between Colmar Tropical-The Chateau even at night, but now no more night service and we were drenched in the rain. The Rabbit Farm & Organic Farm were closed during our stay there, not sure if it's permanent or just temporarily

went here with my wife for our first anniversary, im so satisfying with everything here, everything is excellent. definitely will recommend people to stay here 🤌👍

Well, they claimed as 5 star hotel. The staff gas attended us with warm smiles and greet. The room was spacious as we stayed in 1 bedroom suite. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. My kids enjoy so much in the bath tub. I enjoyed YouTube and Netflix with good of speed of Internet. The hotel is surrounded by green atmosphere.

Super goof services. You would be greeted by their staffs every time they see you, with smiling face.
Room was awesome. Large and comfortable.
There is netflix channel available too.
I really enjoyed my stay here.
Breakfast is not buffet style, but ala carte menu. It offers rather limited choises tho.

I could say that this hotel provides you one of the best hospitality in the world. Really enjoyed our stay there. The room size is a bit small as compared to usual 5 star room. But it was okay. Maybe the hotel can improve on the breakfast buffet. To have more varieties and more interesting menu. Thats all. But overall i really enjoy my stay there

Room is very nice and clean. A quiet place as a stress reliever. Only setback is there’s no shops or atm machines within the resort area; Have to go Colmar Tropicale as there’s only a 7E there but no atm machine available. The resort view and staffs service is superb!
