A unique place to stay in a lovely area! It wasn’t especially clean, but the room was large and the area around it is so great it more than makes up for it

Agustín and Candela where awesome!! We loved the personalized service, the beautiful and big rooms, the suggestions for shows and tours, and the option of using a kitchen when needed made this place a unique one. Great location and safe. Thanks for making our trip one to remember.

Fantastic to be right in the middle of San Telmo! Great restaurant across the street and the Sunday market at the end of the street. The room was comfortable and clean. Only negative was the bathroom door was broken/didn’t close and the AC unit was quite loud at night. Would definitely stay there again as these were pretty minor!

This property is located in a fantastic area of San Telmo conveniently near restaurants, street markets, cafes, shopping, etc. It has a local flair and is very casual. Great neighborhood!!

Been staying here for years. New owners. Things feel a bit ragged and worn. Plus no soap in dispensers. As price has gone up quality is down.

It is a unique small building, very well restored. Rooms are spacious. The location is great.
But there are no complimentary breakfasts and only a small communal kitchenette for your use.
We've stayed there twice and will return.

This is a beautifully renovated old home in the heart of San Telmo. It blends modern with original features. You are a block away from Defensa ( big San Telmo market on the weekends) and all the clubs and restaurants. Despite the nearness to the hub of San Telmo, the room was quiet. Check in was easy and after that you use a keypad and key to the outer door after 9 PM. There is a small kitchenette one can use but no breakfast included. The suites are large and comfortable. There is free WIFI and tv, small fridge and our suite had 2 bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First off, I will say that you get what you pay for. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, so I will give them that. However, they do not have any sort of amenities whatsoever. The “king-sized” bed is two twin mattresses pushed together. There is no morning coffee or anything of the sort. I don’t know where people were getting breakfast, but I did not see any sort of breakfast anywhere. The only thing that the hotel did was remake the bed every day. You had to use the same towels. Also, the bidet in the bathroom with the leak if you used it so the bathroom floor would be wet consistently. The junior suite is incredibly small. It might be good for one person, but for a couple, it was very crowded. Like I said earlier, if you are on a budget, it’s great and it’s in a great area for walking around. However, I do feel like you can find something of higher quality. This felt more like a high end hostel.
