The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from about 1:36am-4:35am. They seem to be moving a lot of furniture and slamming doors. When we tried calling the front desk we never had anyone answer the phone. In the morning the lady at the front desk had zero concern although the room is not cheap. I would swear the walls are made of styrofoam!!! I have have traveled and stayed in many hotels and this one would be at the bottom of my list sadly. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Affordable, close location to parks and food. Clean, comfortable, has a laundry. Very satisfied with stay. Friendly staff. Ample parking.

I loved the way the manager upgraded my room to a suite after telling me my room was ready and I walked into my supposedly ready room to find an unmade bed and towels on the floor because of the inconvenience my room was upgraded

Breakfast was very good.
Walls and floors were thin and noisy.
We would like to request a $200 refund because we stayed there for 4 nights but they didn't clean our room for any of those days. We had to request clean towels.

Great stay overall! The staff was super friendly especially the front desk staff on the morning of December 31st. She also checked us in and was super friendly. She made sure check in was fast and she made sure we were well accommodated. The room, breakfast and service was great! Would definitely recommend staying here & will be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were courteous and the hotel is at a very convenient location for many activities in the Buena Park/LAX area. I was most impressed by the fact that the hotel is eco-friendly. You insert a card into a slot to turn on the lights. This is an approach used by many European hotels and truly saves energy. I plan to look for Hampton Hotels wherever I stay!

We booked this hotel to visit our daughter at Biola University. Close to the university and convenient for shopping or leisure.

The place was nice and clean, however the walls were too thin. We could hear the upstairs, left, right and across neighbors. There were some guest who aloud their teenagers play ding ding ditch on other guest. Property team should enforce sometype of standard .

The property claims to be "new" but has seen some significant wear (lobby bathrooms have graffiti, there is some water damage near back door by pool, and our room had some damage to fixtures). Overall the property is clean. The best part about the property is the convenience to I5 to get to Disneyland and how close it is to Knott's and Medieval Times.
The staff was top notch and very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were clean. No one told me the rooms were "environmental" and you have to put your room key in a special slot for any of the outlets and lights to work. So that was interesting to figure out. Stairwells aren't in good spots and the elevators are SUPER SLOW. I could have and would have walked up the stairs faster.
Overall I would stay here again.
