It's location is supreme. Near the Metro and tram stations. The supermarket Prima is just around the corner.
The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi at 6:30am and providing a packed delicious breakfast for me to the airport.
Very clean and warm toilet, and kettle for tea making are unforgettable, sweet experiences in rainy winter holiday.

Great location, closed to the rail station. Easily find restaurants and pubs next to the hotel.
You can find the currency exchange shop in the opposite of hotel which is very convenient.
Closed to the supermarket.
Rooms are not much spacious, toilet a bit old but cleaned.
Sometimes they provide the local alcohol in the breakfast. That’s great to try before you buy in the supermarket.

地理位置非常方便，步行一分鐘有地鐵站（m1-3線），酒店對面有換錢的，酒店設施不錯，唯一可惜訂的陽台房因為天氣不佳沒有充足利用

Overall I think it's a nice spot for two nights at most BUT, if you're planning to stay longer definitely you need look for different options, it can get really noisy during the night.
Furniture and bathroom are in bad condition I don't know if it has to do with humidity issues but you can easily see mud on the walls

Excellent location close to everything we wanted. Easy check in, helpful staff, lovely quiet room. Breakfast was excellent and the free hot drinks and juice during the day was a great bonus. Very warm throughout the hotel. Overall excellent value for money and would stay again.

The hotel looked amazing when we booked it, really stylish and chic. It was really a huge disappointment when we checked in. The room was dark and extremely dated, the furniture, the interior and especially the bathroom was really old and worn down. An example; the bathroom door handle suddenly fell off. This is not a boutique hotel. The breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. The best thing about the hotel was the location, that was great and in the middle of everything (nice restaurants, bars and shopping).
