I reserved a king suite with jaccuzi thru ******* and upon arrival was told no such room exists!! I was not happy however the front girl Barbie did excellent and contacted ******* to get it fixed the room rate. It was after a lot of work on her part! Several staff say this always happens with ******* they say there are rooms that they do not have! I feel ******* owes me compensation as the hot tub was the sole reason for choosing this hotel!!! I am not happy!!!!

Good experience here, pool heater was broken, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was yummy and well stocked. There were lots of options.

Was very clean and quiet. Besides the pool area. We had a issue that our jacuzzi didnt work. They came right in had fixed was very nice. Was very enjoyable place to stay!!

It was not home of course but the staff was very pleasant wish there was a dim light in the room for easier maneuvering in the dark very clean which I appreciated

I have stayed here twice before and it is very pleasant and comfortable. Pool opens at 8 am, I had to go ask for towels twice at 9 am. Other than that no complaints. Nice breakfast.
