Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Airport

Het personeel hier was het beste wat dit hotel te bieden heeft. Dat is eigenlijk het enige positieve wat ik te zeggen heb over mijn verblijf daar. De shuttle begint pas om 10.30 uur te rijden. Toen ik rond 11 uur aankwam, hadden ze geen kamer, dus ging ik naar het zwembad om te zitten en te wachten. Het zwembad was prima, maar het meubilair is behoorlijk versleten. Ik ging na een tijdje terug naar binnen en hoorde persoon na persoon uitchecken die klaagde over vuile kamers, geuren en hard geluid 's nachts. Het werd duidelijk dat dit niet alleen een luchthavenhotel is, maar ook een lage huursituatie voor een paar mensen. Het personeel bij de receptie kreeg uiteindelijk een kamer voor mij schoongemaakt, zodat ik vroeg kon inchecken. Mijn kamer was zeker niet wat ik had verwacht op basis van de foto's. Verf was afgebroken, de douche was niet schoon en had schimmel rondom de naden. De kamer rook muf. De kussens waren zo groot als kussens die je op je bank zou leggen. Heel bizar. Ik realiseer me dat het goedkoop is en het ligt dicht bij de luchthaven, dus je kunt geen eersteklas ervaring verwachten en ik ga er niet op in met die verwachtingen. Ik zou daar echter niet weer verblijven.

None of the beds had bed skirts and none of the beds had mattress covers mold all over the bathroom drywall peeling and falling from the ceiling.

Needs the update which apparently is taking place, outlived… a make over is more than due.

The bathroom curtain rod was falling off the wall. The exterior door at the end of the hallway did not lock & slammed every time someone used it. I even seen the pizza delivery man enter through the door late at night. The hallway was very noisy with slamming doors. The front desk was unattended when I went for pool towels. Pillows were not normal size, very small pillows. The floors were not swept or mopped.

Nice place. They recently did some remodeling so rooms are modernized to today standards. Comfy beds

It was cold during our stay and they only had two layers of thin sheets on the beds. They said they didn’t have any blankets.

Great location; peaceful place My room smell really weird and the curtains was ripped off The TV is too small The breakfast was ok 👌 but the ladies make you feel weird on breakfast area they chase you what a you are doing at the time

Hi I have to say we really enjoyed our night at the Beaumont, Fort Myers. It is not posh but we found it very clean and apparently they are in the process of renovation. The staff were very helpful. Our breakfast was amazing. I know it was self service but, honestly, you could not possibly go away hungry. We had a wonderful start to our day. The bed was comfortable, large and clean. The large room had a small microwave and a fridge which would be ideal if you have to stay a few days. There are machines for cold drinks, snacks and ICE. Thank you Beaumont.
