Everything was great, other then when booking the room they were sold out of King Size Bed rooms. But the listing I paid for stated the room had 2 King Size Beds. I was already suspicious since the price was the same as the Queen standard rooms but figured I'd take the deal. But when we got to the room it was very obviously just a double Queen Bed room. Which was fine and served our purpose. But that might need to be looked into for what's being advertised and paid for by customers.

When arriving to my room I noticed that the cleanliness was horrible. The desk had crumbs all over it and an empty Dorito by the desk lamp. There were black hairs in the bed and black pubs on the toilet seat. The front desk was very kind on giving me a different room that was clean.

I got there and they stated they don’t deal with 3rd party reservation and didn’t have a room for me. I came a long way with no where to stay for 4 days the worst experience ever. When I got to desk to check in the hotel on 1/24/24 HOTEL CLERK WAS RUDE!!! GOT THE MGR HE WAS RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN…

Everything was good. It was clean and breakfast was adequate. I didn’t find the highway noise to be bothersome. Would return.

Nice new hotel. Breakfast offered many choices. Lots of food options right by the hotel. It is a noisy location but ear plugs are in the room.

The breakfast was very good and the dining area was kept clean. I LOVE that this is a pet friendly hotel! We did not have our pets, but seeing other dogs was an adorable surprise! Super clean hotel and very welcoming. Thanks!
