酒店給滿分，
前台的爺爺很紳士，
晚餐服務的爺爺也非常紳士！
而且晚餐算是在瑞士吃的最好吃的一頓飯。
牛排剛剛好！
薯條特別正宗。
房間乾淨，
不大，但是竟然還有拖鞋和護髮素。
隔音稍微差一丟丟，
但景色優秀，
超級推薦！！

Fantastisch; echt een vakantie en voelde me enorm verwend. Enigszins gedateerd, maar heel erg goed. Prachtige kamers en heerlijke bedden met keuze voor kussens. Ontbijt met veel streekprodukten welke zelf te snijden zijn. Ook voor avondeten is het fijn en smakelijk. Mooie wellness en goede gym. Grote parkeergelegenheid.

We stayed in this hotel during our train trip in Switzerland. The hotel has a fantastic location right by a lake surrounded by mountains: an indescribable view of the mountains and lake! The room was nice, with good space: nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant in the hotel offers outdoor service in season. Everything you could want, and good quality. The staff was friendly and speak English. Very pleasant. It is a very unique experience in Switzerland

I stayed at the hotel twice, the first in 2021 and the second in 2023. The hotel's location and service quality are awsome. A unique and gorgeous lake view greets you in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is quite rich. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean. The only address I will stay at if I visit the same area again.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve been to in the world, and we’re hard to please. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The spa, mini bar and mountain bikes were all included in the price. We forgot some items in the room and then the hotel mailed them to us ! Amazing !!

Beautiful older hotel with old world charm and modern rooms. The spa is incredible with gorgeous views. Wonderful location - I got off the boat going round the lake and it’s a few minutes walk to the hotel. There’s a lovely area to relax by the lake. Delicious breakfast outside and free mini bar in your room. My dad had stayed here years ago and loved it then and it was a great treat for me to visit. A wonderful spot!

The Staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to store our baggage until the room was ready. Thier outdoor cafe overlooks Lake Lucerne and they offer English menus. the staff are first rate. Then you get your room,,, Amazing. Very spacious and the view from your patio is non-stop beauty. The location is easy access to the train station, many restaurants. there are a lot of excursions on the lake available. Did I mention the view from your balcony?
