What a noisy hotel, can hear the m1 trundling past, horrible service station food, was tired so wanted somewhere ti rest and to be honest would have had better sleep if pulled of on a lay by off the motorway

Good budget hotel. Receptionist was helpful, but housekeeping had forgotten to put any towels in the room. Useful location for getting into Nottingham.

Clean and spacious room, which was really quiet despite its proximity to the M1. Really comfy bed. Efficient check in and check out, with friendly staff who provided us with a travel cot. I was really impressed by this stay considering it was an overnight pit stop.

This is a great hotel and good value for money. It was clean and comfortable and the member of staff on duty - Sue - was great. Friendly and efficient. We had plenty of tea and coffee available. The only problem for us were the pillows. They were very hard and uncomfortable, which was a surprise as the last couple of times we have stayed in a travelodge the pillows were really comfortable. We would definitely stay again though.

Stayed here overnight as a stop gap for our onward journey. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm but the reception staff was a lovely chap as was the man who checked us out this morning. Room was clean and functional and we all slept really well. Walked 100 yards to the services and used Costa for a quick breakfast. Would use again when we are this way again.

The manager went above & beyond for us, we were attending a wedding at a nearby venue and as check in wasn't available until 3pm, we sent our son a day early so that we could use his room to change in. The manager was asked if we could have our room slightly earlier & he arranged this straight away. What a great guy, so friendly and welcoming. The travel lodge is clean, adequate, and warm. I can not complain about anything.

What a lovely little hotel! Needs a lick of paint and bit of love but I’m sure the manager (sorry mate I’ve forgotten your name) will get it there. He seems like the kind of chap to get things done. The location is bang on the M1 going North with a moto service station virtually attached. Plenty of car parking, close to Nottingham but cheaper than staying near the centre. Great if you need to get in the road fast the next day. Beds were really comfy too!

I had a very pleasant night at this Travelodge. The room was very comfortable,and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also very good value for money. The actual service area is good to, toilets very clean,and good choice of food shops. I would recommend.

The Travelodge is very clean and all of the staff are really helpful, Gary the manager and Ian the assistant manager are really helpful, they both help the staff with the cleaning of the rooms, anything you want the staff are there to help you out, I have enjoyed my stay here and will be back.
