The hotel was nice. The beds were comfy, the sheets were very soft. There was plenty of room. This hotel has the NICEST hotel gym I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was good. The hotel is conveniently located & there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay here again next year when my daughter has her dance competition.

Our double queen room was given away to someone else because their room was not available at the time they were checking in. By the time my party got to the hotel late that night our room was not available that we reserved. We were not given a phone call in advanced. The mom/daughter who was staying with my daughter and I went to the room to find a king bed only. They had to bring all their luggage back down to the lobby when at this time I had arrived. Our girls look forward to spending the weekend together on dance competition weekends and they had to be split up. The hotel gave us 2 separate rooms for the night. The next morning they wanted us to move into one room but we spoke with the manager and expressed we did not have time due to our schedules to pack up and move to another room because of their mistake. So we kept the two separate rooms for the weekend.

Beyond excellent customer service all three people I dealt with were amazing ...we had a bit of a hiccup as we were all getting ready to go to bed but she fixed it moved us rooms and made it right and we shared a few laughs

I stayed overnight with my kids and we had a great time! The only thing I’d recommend is that the pool tiles get a good clean/scrub.

I liked almost everything about this place. The workers were great. They tried to meet are every need. I would stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was great to work with. Only thing that was a disappointment was the breakfast.

Loud guests and the doors seemed to be poorly soundproofed for these incidents. 2 nights in a row I was awakened.

Very nice rooms. Evening Staff (Joe) is great. Fast, efficient and super friendly. Only drawback is the even number rooms face a very busy road so quite noisy during day. Quiets down at night.

The hotel and staff were great: but ******* dropped the ball for our reservation. Thankfully the hotel (I believe his name was Isaac) solved the problem ******* created for us and I am so grateful!
