Ils ont refusé de faire le service au chambre pour le repas, même si ce n'étais pas sur l'heure de pointe. Nous avons donc dû aller chercher nous même notre souper et voyager avec des plateaux.

Staff was really nice, the indoor pool was also good, however the property is old and needs renovations... and the walls are paper thin - we could hear everything from our suite!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room category options were unique. Bromont is a beautiful area.

It was my second stay at the hotel, the room was clean, and quiet. There is a nice mini bar, nice nespresso coffee machine in the room. The spa is connected to the hotel which is great. Down side: the breakfast options have changed at the restaurant, the new buffet is terrible, way too expensive for what it is, and definitively not what you would expect for a property like chateau bromont.

The room was very spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. Plug in for electric vehicle. Stayed with 3 kids. They loved the place.

Our room faced out right onto the terrace with people walking past our window. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that evening but luckily for us, it started pouring rain and lasted throughout the night so no one was out there. The rate of almost $500 for one night for this shabby rundown room was a complete ripoff.

Rooms are old and outdated. Not enough outlets for charging. Too many lights taking up sockets. Should be replaced by modern LED ceiling lights. No exhaust in bathroom. No hand held shower. Heating was not working and was provided with portable heater.

We were there with our dog.. nice dog treats, bowls for water and food, poop bags and a dog toy!!
