Location and amenities were ideal for families as well single travelers. Near a great selection of restaurants and other necessities. Clean and new rooms with great amount of space.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

Front desk employees were very professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub excellent for winter night outs. Great breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping was to come in on the 3rd day. They did not, nor did they come in on the 4th day. We had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets, towels, and toilet paper.
The water in the shower would never get hot and the faucet was loose. We had 2 TV's in the room. On the 3rd day the cable stopped working and message said to contact the front desk. It was around 7 pm. We tried repeatedly to reach the front desk and was put on long holds each time. On the 4th day we went to the front desk to see if they could help and was told their maintenance person was off on Sunday so they could not do anything about it until the next day.
I have stated at this hotel numerous times in the past and have always been very pleased with them. Until this time.

We are retired, and of all the motels we have stayed at, this was the absolute best one. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor throughout the motel was lovely. We look forward to coming back and would recommend this motel to anyone.

We got to the hotel around 4. I reserved the Cosmo Suite. It wasn’t ready. We were downgraded to a smaller suite so we could check in. We were given three drink vouchers which was nice. My biggest complaint, trash from room service was still in the hallway by our door from the previous nights guest until 7pm.

Great hotel. Feels very upscale. Nice people. Nice area to stay in, close to restaurants and shopping but also quiet and not on a busy street. Always a favorite when in the area.

Outward appearance of the hotel was fabulous; however, don't be fooled! We checked in at 10:58pm after driving 10 hours. All we wanted was a hot shower and sleep. At checkin, we were informed there would be no hot water from 11pm to 4am. OK, at least we could get a good night's rest. Nope, not in the cards. Our room was either freezing or blazing- there was no in-between. The ac/heat unit in the room blinked lighting up the room like a runway all night - fun, right? Well, at least the blinking light lit up a path to the carpeted bathroom with mold around the tub and to the sink that was literally two feet from the foot of my bed. Washing your hands was off the table as well since the sink did not drain the entire time we were there. Upon checkout, the clerk asked if everything was OK. Well, no it was not and I politely let him know the issues. He very quickly snarked back at me and told me that I would need to contact ******* since I didn't book directly with the hotel. OK, great, I will. ******* contacted the hotel to advocate for a refund and guess what.....denied. The hotel manager denied all issues but were ever so kind to issue a $25 refund. At this point, just keep your money. We spent 7 hours at this hotel and wish we would've just kept on driving. Don't let the exterior fool you.... KEEP ON DRIVING to one of the several hotel right across the street!!! The only redeeming quality of the hotel..... the beds and pillows were comfortable.
