The best resort park we have been to great facilities friendly staff pet friendly unbelievably well maintained with great shady van bays and a staff member to help you park your van this park ticks all the boxes for a great relaxing getaway you won't want to leave

Booked a while ago for the 4 day stay at Mandalay Resort, as it is a very popular resort and you have to book well ahead. Hooked the van up and proceeded to head south. Easy place to check in & help with parking the caravan up. The staff went above & beyond with getting my mates van in , using a dingo , so we would all be together . Can’t fault the place really. You do pay a bit extra than other places , but you don’t really need to leave the place as there is pools , play grounds and can chill. Ducks are a bit annoying crapping everywhere , could do with another small ablution when the park is choccas and signs on the bore water or recycled water as it stinks, just to ensure kids don’t drink or turn on . Even a special key to turn the tap on by staff only. Oh and another 3 fire pits would be good, especially this time of year , as there was heaps of residents wanting to use , but there is only 3 . A wonderful place to stay, we had a beach side chalet, and although it is situated at the front of the property, on the main entrance, it was quiet. The beach is just over the road. Plenty to do if you feel inclined, heated pool as well as one outside, lots of green space to play in or just sit and watch the world go bye. A brilliant little kiosk to have breakfast and lovely coffee. The staff are friendly and the whole resort is clean and tidy.

We were amazed at the level of facilities that Mandalay Resort Busselton had on site. They have literally thought of everything from those staying longer term or the weekender. Big kids and little kids will find fun and good times here!! We’ll be back…..soon!!!!

Wonderful set up. Plenty of shade, grounds and facilities well maintained. Great professional and friendly team. If you have children, it has one of the best playgrounds we have seen. Plus, the beach is just across the road. Highly recommend

Amazing stay. Loved the extra facilities that other places don’t normally have (fridge in the camp kitchen, family bathroom {large bath and shower heat lamps }, 6or 7 large sinks in laundry free to use if you prefer to hand wash instead of paying for washing machines, rows of washing lines for drying, fully annexed sites for tents and caravans, bbqs everywhere 5 kids parks literally in the beach 🏖️. All these facilities were honestly spotless 100% of the time. Having 3 different temperatured pools and a waterslide made the trip, Night time movies on the cinema screen, amazing camp kitchen. Most comfortable stay possible with 3 kids 😅🫣💝💕❤️

This place is amazing! We absolutely loved our time here - there is such a nice relaxed vibe and so much for the kids to do. Our chalet was so clean which is a big thing for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained . Defiantly won’t be our last visit :)

By far the nicest van park I’ve stayed in on my big lap. Yes it is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Great pool, playground and oval for kids, Beautiful grounds, lush green lawns, clean modern amenities. The park oozes the love and care the owners and staff put into it. Assistant ground manger even let me rummage around the maintenance shed to find some screws I needed to do a minor repair. I recommend anyone doing the lap to book in here for a week to relax and recharge.

This is the best park in Australia! It is wonderfully clean, beautifully set out & maintained. The heated pool is great! Great facilities & entertainment. The staff are friendly & helpful. I am disabled but managed to get around reasonably well as some parks are difficult The disabled bathroom is just perfect & beautifully clean The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind.
