Right close to the beach ,trams and dining restaurants. Everything was just perfect ,cleanliness wasn’t as up to the standard of the units beside that everything was just perfect.

We had a fantastic time at Capricornia!
Great location with beach, restaurants & bars close by, clean & tidy, comfortable beds & loungeroom, great swimming pool & bbq area, Bruce the manager looked after us👍
Can only say that we Will be back for another stay over 😄

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was a perfect space for all of us. The apartment was and open space aircon and looked over the pool area. Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to the beach. A great place for older teenagers to walk to beach,pool and shops together.

Great facilities, super close to broadbeach which had good restaurants and a supermarket. Hosts were lovely. Peaceful and accessible. Apartment suited our family needs well with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool was warm and never too busy.

The receptionist was very nice and let us check in early. The property is old but everything was functional. There is free parking slot.

Very nice apartment and grounds. Swimming pool and spa in good clean condition. 2 bbqs to be used for guest in good condition and with utensils to use. Overall a very good stay and would book to stay here again.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, everything you would need for a great stay. The heated Spa and Pool were fantastic. Sue & Bruce were very accommodating in helping us with a few extras we needed. This property is very close to a million restaurants & T/A food outlets also close to the Broady North G-Tram station.

Location excellent. Handy to oasis shopping centre, beach & tram stop. Views from room 26 were fabulous, ocean views & city views. . Room was spacious, clean, very well equipped. Only issue was washing machine didn’t appear to wash. Sue was fantastic from start to finish of our stay. Definitely be back.
