Les chambres standard sont très bien et spacieuses et l'hotel très bien. Cependant avec ces chambres "standard" (246 euros la nuit) nous n'avons pas accès à la piscine (qui fait partie de l'espace détente SPA). Pour 18 euros par jour, l'accès est possible de 19h30 à 23 h !!!! Il faut prendre des suites pour avoir accès à la piscine.
Cette information n'est pas claire sur le site de l'hotel et si nous avions compris ce détail nous n'aurions pas réservé une chambre dans cet hotel, mais dans un hotel moins cher ou nous aurions trouvé le même confort.
Bon petit déjeuner mais sauf erreur les pancakes et crepes ne sont pas fait maison, décevant !
Un peu déçue malgré tout et ce serait intéressant que l'hotel donne les informations "piscine" plus clairement sur leur site, car nous avons entendu des clients qui ont connu la même surprise !

Check-in verliep niet zo goed. Dame aan de balie wilde ons laten betalen voor ons verblijf, hoewel we reeds op voorhand hadden betaald. Na het tonen van de betalingsbewijzen blijkt dat ze een verkeerde boeking voor zich heeft, ondanks dat onze identiteitspapieren werden gevraagd tijdens de check-in.
Hotelkamer was nettig en groot. Niets op aan te merken.
Check-out verliep weer fout. Ook hier wilde het hotel ons teveel aanrekenen voor het ontbijt. Uiteindelijk werd dit ook uitgeklaard en kregen we de correcte rekening.
Behalve de problemen met het teveel aanrekenen, is het hotel een aanrader. Goed gelegen, mooie staat, ruime kamers, een goed ontbijtbuffet.

Very nice hotel, close to the ****** and train station. Very nice pool (1st floor) for swimming a bit, warm water level. The spa (floor -1) is even nicer but just too busy, especially on weekends. That ruins a bit the potentially great experience, maybe providing prebooked entry slots would help. The breakfast is nice too, just also too crowded on weekends. I had to wait for 10 mins before even getting a table on Sunday. The new cosy rooms are nice and modern, maybe you can hear a bit too much of the party outside though. Overall I was happy and will stay here again.

Room was not a “suite” other than being bit. 5th floor needs major maintenance and housekeeping standards are very poor.

Great for kids. Rooms new and clean. Staff extremely good. Great location. Just be aware there is renovation right now but it didn’t bother us as it was only noisy when we were out in the day.

This is a lovely hotel, spacious and comfortable. I had a standard room and it was quite big if a little spartan. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which makes it a bit small when the door is shut. Don’t know why, but lots of hotels think a big shallow oblong basin looks good. It might look good but they are not useable and waste a lot of water.
