The hotel was quite nice in Brighton because I liked the way it was old fashioned and with two bunk beds.It had quite nice food but I think the food could be a little bit more better. The bathroom was very good at the hotel because I loved the central heating in the floor.

Our weekend stay got off to a great start with a room upgrade (30th wedding anniversary celebration) a lovely touch. Add to that welcoming and friendly staff who all went out of their way to help us and it made for a perfect break. The hotel has a cool, laidback, artsy feel, with original art work dotted about and little homely touches too - plants, magazines and Bramley products in the bathrooms (which smell divine). Its location couldn’t be better, with the i360 right in front and easy walking distance from the beach, pavilion and a gentle stroll to the Laines area. We had breakfast one morning, a great choice and delicious too and enjoyed a cocktail in the bar in the evenings. We will definitely be back…

Very unique. Room quite quirky and definitely small, but well thought out. The room we booked didn’t seem to be the one we received so that was a bit of a surprise and meant we were rather cramped. However we were only there one night so it was ok.

Unique and beautiful place in a perfect Brighton location. Friendly staff, they made me feel right at home. Clean and very well equipped room. Cozy lounge and bar/breakfast room with ocean view. Everywhere in the hotel there is beautiful and cool art from local artists. Unlike most old houses like this in the UK, this place even has an elevator. Elevator is very slow but I loved it, because it is clearly very old and still working. All in all, I loved the hotel and will be back.

This is my second stay at this boho, sea facing hotel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the position is excellent for both the sea front and the city behind. Rooms are all different, shabby chic and very inviting. On this second stay, I had an apar**ent which was perfect with a small kitchen and lounge, sea facing. The bedroom was at the rear making it very quiet. Perfect.

Property is lovely, and in a great location ... within seconds of the beach and just a ten minute walk to the pier and The Lanes. The room was small (but then room category was "tiny" so I knew what I was getting!) but perfectly formed, and I was delighted to have a sea view. The girls working at the property were absolutely delightful - so friendly and helpful - a real asset. My only negative was that the sound proofing between rooms is pretty poor - I was on my own for this stay but the snoring from the room next door was as loud as if I'd been sharing.

Very comfy beds, love the Bramley toiletries, family friendly whilst also luxurious and stylish, amazing location minutes from central Brighton and very friendly staff. We brought our toddler and stayed in a comfy double with sea views and a shower/bath. It was delightful.

Really lovely, helpful staff. Good location. Negatives were that the bathroom doors didn’t close properly (so awkward toilet experiences!) and there were no hooks in there to hang up wet towels / clothes. Room was also quite warm; was able to get a fan but I can imagine it being pretty unbearable in there should we have one of our hot summers. Great coffee!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, delicious breakfast! Everyone was great and very accommodating of our baby too. The rooms are comfy and the art is fantastic - we took a lot of photos! Location is perfect to explore Brighton sea front as well as the city centre.
