非常非常棒的酒店，新裝修很有設計感，酒店餐廳太太太好吃😋 還有老闆很帥對中國人很好，主動提供了洗的熱水壺和拖鞋

Op zich is het mooi hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De eerste nacht hebben we in een normale kamer (normaal voor een 4 sterren hotel) geslapen waar eigenlijk niets mis mee was behalve dat het er veel te warm was. De t****e nacht moesten we naar een kleinere kamer verhuizen waarop zich niets mis mee was, mits het een fatsoenlijke kamer zou zijn….ze zouden zich eigenlijk moeten doodschamen dat ze zo’n kamer überhaupt aanbieden, want dit zouden ze niet eens durven aanbieden in een 0 sterren hotel en dat voor maar liefst 170€/nacht. Ook was de prijs die voorheen was afgesproken alvorens het bezoek ineens 50% hoger. Er was een prijs aangeboden voor 2 nachten inclusief oudejaarsdiner, maar helaas moest het oudejaarsdiner apart afgerekend worden en de verantwoordelijke mevrouw was de dag van het uitchecken nergens te vinden. We hadden hier al schrik voor omdat we telkens mensen hoorden klagen aan de balie tijdens het afrekenen als we voorbij kwamen

I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining.
This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses.
And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm.
After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant. Definitely felt the maitre d was not struck on English people! Couldn’t be bothered to serve us and when he did he was surly bordering on rude. The food was ok but honestly I recommend you avoid this place if you’re English!

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole al Lowenhof: struttura curata, camera ampia e moderna, molto bella, finemente arredata con mobilio in legno. Ottima la colazione. Menzione per il rapporto qualità prezzo che definirei eccezionale, considerata la zona. Struttura decisamente consigliata!

Das Zimmer war hervorragend, neu, modern und sauber. Der Rest des Hotels ist eher alt und etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Restaurant war alt. Der Wellnessbereich war wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Solarium ist sicherlich nicht mehr erlaubt gesundheitlich. Ein kleiner Teil des Hotels wurde wirklich sehr schick saniert. Der Rest ist nur sehr oll, was auf den Bildern gekonnt nicht abgebildet wurde.

Sono stata da sola in questo hotel per due notti.. posizione molto facile da trovare e vicina a tutto. Hotel molto curato e moderno. Camera stupenda.. pulizia, arredamento..top.il letto... pazzesco!un abbraccio che ti avvolge per tutta la notte. Ho avuto la sfortuna di alloggiare nel periodo in cui il ristorante e il bar erano in periodo di riposo quindi chiusi. Colazione cmq ben organizzata..personale molto gentile e disponibile . molto importante la flessibilità del check in e check out.. super consigliato. Grazie lowenhoff

Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. L'hotel è curato e il personale gentile. La colazione internazionale è ottima e il ristorante offre un menu con una buona qualità prezzo. La SPA è nella media di altri posti già visitati. Posizione ottima per visitare Bressanone e anche Vipiteno. Metterei cinque stelle se non fosse per una nota dolente non trascurabile: la camera con annesso bagno. Davvero piccola e il bagno senza senso, ovvero ci sono sanitari che sono inutilizzabili per gli spazi a dir poco angusti, appunto.

Ho scelto l’hotel facendomi ingannare dalle foto del sito internet . In realtà abbiamo alloggiato in una camera con letteralmente sotto un camping dello stesso hotel . Gente che cucinava , schiamazzi , bambini in lacrime … si sentiva di tutto , Mai vista una cosa del genere in un albergo 4 stelle . La spa datata anni 90 piccola ,angusta e mal manutenuta inoltre arredata con cattivo gusto ( finta grotta , finte statue , finto marmo, finte piante ) . Cibo molto salato e decisamente troppo costoso per la qualità offerta ( prezzo medio 50 euro) . Mai più !
