The hotel is located about 5 km from the very center, has a large paid parking lot (10 euros/day). The hotel is located in a free parking zone, so you can park along the surrounding roads for free. Good breakfasts, although very slow service. Nice service at the reception. There is a Tesco Express store downstairs. 4 stars for this hotel is a gross exaggeration. Max 3 and it's average. During the 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned and hygiene products were not replenished. There is no kettle or even cups in the room. Only large bath towels available, someone forgot about the small ones. The hotel standard is a maximum of 3 stars.

I really don't wait anything from the staff but to not say even "Hello"?? I don't think the lady at the reception knows how to deal with the customers. We also asked for baby cot but the answer was that we don't have somebody who can bring it to you... The breakfast was good. Parking with extra charge.

I booked this hotel last minute because of work, the room itself was spacious and clean, with a balcony and lots of storage space. The bathroom was big (with a bathtub). The hotel is a little further from the center, but it's easily accessible by tram. There is a little supermarket right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was rather weak during my short stay - especially in the evenings or early in he morning - it would disconnect very often. The staff did something to fix this but it only worked for one evening. The staff at the reception desk was nice and polite, except for the very first time, when I arrived to check in - the gentleman I spoke to was a little rude, which is unfortunate. Overall, I think it's a good hotel for a short stay - if you don't mind staying further from the city center.

Part of a group travel arrangement, i myself wouldn't book this Hotel, romms are old fashioned and need renovation urgently. The Hotel was totally booked out du to an event somewhere nearby, and the personal was very unfriendly. Reception fully overloaded with guests and several complaints about the rooms, Restaurant personal was unfriendly and opening times were not even close to the signs with the opening hours. Small rooms and especially bathrooms need renovation. AirCondition not working properly, not cleaned for weeks, if working at all. The only place with friendly service and good atmosphere was the Hotel Bar, very friendly personal, good and not too expansive drinks of any kind from fresh beer out of the tap to cocktails. As well outside nice to sit and have some drinks. At our next visit to Bratislava we'll maybe come for some Drinks but for overnight stay we choose another hotel.

Nice place, clean rooms, with huge parking availability, very close to City Centrum with many transport options. Tesco Express store, hair saloon, rent a car service in the hotel area. Ideal place for a business trip, for meetings but also for family.

Personale incompetente e scortese. Siamo stati in questo hotel per l’ottima posizione. Al nostro arrivo alle 3 di notte per un ritardo aereo il ragazzo alla reception sembrava infastidito e non era a conoscenza della nostra prenotazione via mail. Dopo un check in di mezz ora finalmente andiamo a letto. Non parlano italiano e fanno fatica a capire l’inglese. Il giorno dopo pur avendo noi saldato il tutto pretendevano che pagassimo un supplemento di 260euro. Dopo una discussione di un ora ed aver tirato fuori tutte le ricevute di pagamento viene fuori che erano altri ospiti che dovevano ancora pagare e cosi ci ridanno le chiavi delle stanze. Trattati come ladri non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse. Le camere sono vecchie di trent’anni e non vengono pulite ma si limitano a cambiare gli asciugamani! (Hotel a 4 stelle ricordiamo). La colazione è scarsa e quando abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse qualcosa senza lattosio sembravano quasi scioccati.

我訂了一個四星級的酒店，然後到了個很棒的旅社。小而乾淨的房間（你可以和你的舍友交流），如果不是跟旅行團的話，你得花一些時間才能找到吃早餐的地方，不過工作人員人很好而且非常樂於助人。建議降為2星，沒有人會因沒找到四星級酒店而失望。地理位置不算差，乘坐交通工具很方便。概括地說：美好的價格/服務，不過不能算是4星級酒店。我一定會再來住，以向我的家人們證明共產主義的酒店是怎樣的。
