The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. The room was large and clean. Parking was cheap and the garage was secure. However, the bathroom was dated and it was very difficult to shower without spraying water everywhere. The walls are also very thin. Overall, it was a nice stay.

酒店也近市區 走15分鐘左右便到達 設施很好 Wi-Fi很快 服務員親切 廁所衛生好 只是如晚上回去有點害怕 路上是自動感應燈

酒店四星⭐，總體還可以，套房空間大價格便宜。但是早餐要14塊，停車費要12塊。

酒店的位置位於一個安靜的住宅區，離市中心約十分鐘但有斜坡，房間又好又暖和，光線很好，床很舒服。 酒店的工作人員非常友好，幫助我預訂了uber

距離市中心不是很遠，走路十分鐘吧，在一個很安靜的坡上面，有點小旅館的感覺，有一個門前停車的地方，房間挺大的，也挺乾淨，但是設施一般。

Het is een kleischalig hotel met een eigen tuin. Het ligt op een loopafstand van het centrum van Bratislava. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geweldig ontbijt. De chef-kok is creatief, hij voegde elke dag een niewe gerecht toe aan het uitgebreide ontbijtmenu. Comfortabel bed en schone kamer. Wij hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de sauna. Het was zeker een aangenaam verblijf in dit hotel.

I stayed here in July 2023. Unfortunately there was bed bugs or flees in one of the beds. I had lots of bites the first night and they kept multiplying the following nights. So I didn't really get any sleep while at the hotel, because of the itching. I went down to the reception to show them the bites and asked if they could spray the room, but I'm not sure they did. The receptionist just told me, that it probably was mosquito bites. But I know for sure that it wasn't. I was covered in bites on both arms, my stomach and both my legs. And my friend in the other bed had none. I contacted the hotel after arriving at home, since I felt like we paid a lot of money for 4 days in a hotel with no sleep. Once again the arrogant staff replied that I must have gotten the bites outside the hotel. If I had gotten them in the hotel, I should send photos of the bugs, not the bites. Obviously I didn't see the bugs. You rarely do when you get eaten by bed bugs og flees at night. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel. I think they handled this situation very poorly.
